I was so impressed with the level of service and professionalism. Glenn our repairman was wonderful. He gave us several options and comparisons to help us make the best decision that fit our budget. Tim came today to service my garage door which came off track. Ultimately I purchased a new garage door which was the best solution. Tim adjusted the broken door so I can use it manually in the interim. He was courteous, friendly and very knowledgeable. I would definitely recommend Precision.

We needed to replace our very old garage doors and started the process of getting estimates. Precision Doors responded to our request within an hour and set up an appointment which was convenient for us. Vince D. came to our home, was very professional and knowledgeable about the service that would be provided and the quality of the doors. We also did eventually get other estimates, but decided on Precision because of the expertise and customer service provided.

Our garage door opener suddenly stopped working, so we called Precision Door for help. Their serviceman Vincent DiGerolamo came out to our home on Sunday, August 7. He was punctual, courteous, hardworking, trustworthy, and very professional. He answered all our questions about the problems and gave us advice on how to order the right device we need to keep the house safe. Garage door fell down position due to broken spring and other worn parts. Making an appt was easy via phone and technician came on time. He was polite and knowledgeable. The door was repaired and works like new. He even got the light working. It had been broken for years. I would readily recommend Precision Door.

my garage door went kaput late Friday afternoon. These guys were here fixing the problem first thing Sunday morning. Everything was clearly explained to me and all of my options (long vs short term, $ vs $$$) were laid out for me. The technician was friendly, polite, knowledgeable and most of all, I felt he dealt pretty straight with me. Did I want to spend $900+ on garage door repairs? No, but I'm glad I called Precision when I needed to get the job done quickly and done right.

I was very happy with Rick your technician. I didn't even have to be there so I didn't have to wait around. He just called me when he finished and I gave him my credit card info. I had a new back up battery installed and he did a maintenance check as well. Also, I only made the appt. the day before and was accommodated the next day! Very impressed with Precision Door Service.
