Lou came, saw, and conquered the garage door. Replaced the spring, safety cables, and other moving parts of the garage door. He was polite, quick, and honest. Told me that the LED light bulbs can affect the frequency between the garage door opener and the garage door motor and that I should replace them with regular light bulbs. Will be contacting Precision Door Service for future garage door needs!

Initial call started what led to a timely and efficient service visit. Schedulingwas done toour convenience, the Technician - Charles Gripenburg, called prior to his arrival to confirm the appointment and provided us with his ETA. Upon arrival he quickly diagnosed the issues and explained the options. Upon compleion, he provided instructions for operation and contact info for any concerns. He was personable and professional during the entire process.

I just recently had my garage door spring break. So , i called Precision Garage Door.They were there within the hour from when i called. Our technician LOU was outstanding. He informed us about situation and options. I decided to have work done and LOU performed the job as well as explaining any concerns i might for preventable maintenance.
