By the time I hung up with the 800 number, who gave me an appointment for the following morning, the local tech called to say they can get here within the hour. I was thrilled not to have to worry about the garage door left open overnight. The young man arrived promptly, was courteous and took the time to explain the system. He even hauled away the old one and cleaned up after himself!

I would give a five star rating to the actual service by Tim. There was some confusion on the scheduling part, where the dispatcher set the expectation very different than what Precision offers. After learning about the confusion, Tim tried his best to make the things work out. I am very pleased with his professionalism and his work.

John did an outstanding job replacing our defective opener. He called ahead twice to let us know when he would arrive. He listened carefully about the issue we were having and explained the problem clearly. He then offered options for its replacement and explained each one so we knew exactly what we would be getting. John then worked quickly, smoothly and professionally to install the new system. I called around 10am and John was here by noon. He was very nice and we were very happy with his work. Our old opener was humming and had the new system installed. He checked the whole operation of the door to make sure there were no other issues. The one thing that he wasn't able to do was re code my car to open the garage door through no fault of trying. I tried, he tried but just couldn't get my car to match the code. I may call my car dealer to see if there is something else that might be interfering with the signal. It is a 14 yr old car after all. We would certainly recommend your company. Thanks again John
