I had a really great experience with this company. From the initial phone call, to the signing of the paperwork at the completion of the job, I was an extremely satisfied customer. The first two places I called were rather rude to me, so it was no small thing that the people at Precision were professional and polite and efficient, not to mention friendly and down to earth. I liked the website, and I appreciated the fact that the employees wore uniforms and drove marked trucks. It illustrated for me that this was a company with a lot of pride in its work and its name. I am careful about how and where I spend my money but I trusted Lou R. and my trust was not misplaced. He gave a fair assessment of the problem (explaining it not once but twice, to me and to the warranty company I have an account with) and he did a great job with my garage door opener intstallation, working even more quickly than I would have thought possible. I would say, don't hesitate to call this company for all of your garage door needs. I will definitely be using them in the future as the need arises.

The customer service at Precision is truly best in class and our technician today, Kevin, arrived promptly as scheduled, worked efficiently and took care of the repair easily. Kevin was a complete professional and we had great confidence in his expertise. At bottom, Kevin represents the consistent demonstration of Customer-focused service that we have gladly come to expect from Precision. Also worthy of note was how easy it was to schedule an appointment and just how professional the entire team performs. Other service providers would do well to leverage the Precision model. Tim arrived exactly on time and fixed the problem with my garage door quickly. He installed a backup battery for my opener (which was installed by Precision Door 4 years ago and is in great shape). I would recommend Precision Door without hesitation.

The mark of a good company is how they correct issues or problems if the arise. I had some issues with a garage door spring repair, and once I communicated these issues to the company, I received a phone call from the owner Doug, and a call from the manager, Bob. My concerns were handled professionally & quickly, leading to a very acceptable outcome. I am quite happy at how attentive the management, and technicians, were to my concerns. Thanks for addressing things so fast.

I would highly recommend Precision Garage Service. They came with in less than 24 hours of calling them. Lou was my technician and went out of his way to help me to the fullest. I was laid up with a back and leg issue. He explained and showed me everything that he was going to do. He made me so at ease knowing that the job was in such good hands. I had Precision put in the some 15 plus years ago. They have always stood behind their product and their technicians like Lou make it so easy to work with the company. Five stars plus in my book.

Totally recommend Precision! The first phone contact had me hang up and preparing to call another company. Their price quote was way higher that two others that had quoted me. However, Doug, one of the owners, somehow heard my complaint about the $ and called back. Left a voicemail msg inviting me to contact him directly and to see if he could help me. Well I did and we talked, worked out the best product for me, priced it fairly, and when it came time to the service: Rob(?- I waited too long to write this but I think his name was Rob) was prompt, clean, knowledgable, courteous and even upgraded the product after checking in with his boss. I am 100% happy with this company and would not waste time calling around. I did before these guys and the others were sketchy and well, as you can see, I went with Precision.

Glen, the technician, was great. He clearly described my options without trying to steer me to any particular one. He just gave me the facts about each and let me decide. After he did the work, installing a new motor, he patiently answered all my questions and made sure I was completely happy. He even made sure I was happy with the height of the open door and adjusted it for me. I didn't even know that was possible. Precision has been here a few times and I am always happy with them.

I called about my problem at 8 AM and Lou was at my home by 9. He looked at the problem and was very thorough in explaining my options. It was obvious that he knew his job. We settled on a plan; the problem was corrected and I was pleased with the result. Lou has a great personality and explained everything he was doing! I highly recommend Precision.

Thanks to Louis for being so helpful in explaining the service we needed to get our garage door spring replaced. He was very knowledgeable, eager to explain and demonstrate the fix after the new spring was replaced! This is our second time using Precision and we will return again!
