Had a new Garage door opener and rollers installed today by Chris and Dan (Trainee) and the process could not have gone more smoothly. Called to make the appointment 18 hours prior had no issues scheduling the appointment and I got a call 30 minutes before my service window known when to expect Chris. Chris actually was able to arrive earlier then expected and was able to quickly diagnose the need and present options to me. While installing the new garage door opener they also checked the health of the rest of the system (Rollers, Springs, Hinges). I was very please with the efficiency, professionalism and quality of the work that was done and the ability for the issue to be resolved so quickly. I would highly recommend Chris and PDS to anyone that asked.

Our garage door opener stopped functioning and we called Precision because a neighbor had a good experience with them about a year ago. Tim Rainey was our Precision workman. He came the same day we called the Company or else our cars would still be sealed in the garage, I'm afraid! Tim educated us ( my husband & I ) in a very thorough fashion, to say the least.He presented us with all the options possible in our situation and gave us the facts on why one approach may be better than another or not. He gave us the exact costs of each option and did not rush our pondering on each one . I even called my son in law to weigh in on our decision making. Tim was patient and understanding of all this and never rushed us at all. He was friendly, respectful and accommodating yet very professional. Precision deserves our business. These guys really are on a different level. The tech on this call, Glenn G, was just terrific. Fast, excellent service; fixed the problem with our existing door bracket efficiently and courteously. It really has been a pleasure to do business with Precision and with the techs we've met. On this call, Glenn really went above and beyond, and once again we are really glad we used Precision. I don't know what their hiring and/or training entails, but when it comes to personnel, Precision really does seem to have some kind of business formula we could all learn from. Using them really is an education.

This is the second opener I've had isstalled by PDS Fisrt one was 6/10. NOT happy with a product only lasting 6 1/2 years!!!!! Please explain!!!! That said, Amber we great on the phone, scheduled appt same day. Brian Hallock was amazing. Called twice to say when he'd be here. Explained my options clearly Installed new opener quickly and it was clear he really knows his business Just wish LiftMaster was as good as you seem to think cuz its all you carry

Hi Tom, As discussed, we were able to contact Liftmaster this morning (and even though the "travel module" was out of warranty (5yrs) ) we were able to negotiate a $200 credit. We will be passing this onto you in the form of a refund check. We will be mailing this out to you in the next couple of days!

Our technician, Brian H., was very proficient! He replaced parts in a skillful, expeditious manner. Brian was respectful of our home, and he worked in a careful manner. He exhibited good communication skills between his office and us regarding our needs during the evaluation process. Your worker did a great job. I am not sure of the name of the parts, but I know he had to replace springs, wire for the door and a metal piece that had bent and to be replaced. I believe this had to be done on both sides.
