Lou and Brian just worked on my garage door, replacing various parts that were in desparate need or replacement. All work was completed after an explanation of why it needed to be done and how it would be done. The door now sounds like a brand new door. I am very pleased with the service and both Lou and Brian were wonderful to work with---they took plenty of time to explain things to me and I appreciated that.
