WOW - I was blown away by the professionalism and technical expertise of George, the technician who serviced our door. He called about 30 minutes prior to arriving simply to give us the courtesy of knowing when he was arriving (he could not have fixed the door at all and I still would have been impressed with just that aspect of the service). When he arrived at our home he was polite, respectful and carried himself in a self-assured confident manner. He quickly diagnosed the multitude of issues we were experiencing and took the time to give us multiple options to remedy the problem. At NO time did I feel like we were being "sold" or pushed into something we did not need. His recommendations were appropriate, made sense and were all offered with our safety in mind. His work was commensurate with his attitude and professionalism. He did a beautiful job, left the garage neat and clean and most importantly left us feeling like we made the right decision choosing Precision Garage Door. George is truly an asset to your organization. If he is not a lead tech already - he should be. He should also have a leadership role in the organization relative to customer service training. The technician (Luke) showed up when he said he would, performed the work in the time he said it would take and was knowledgeable, professional and courteous. I called Precision Monday to make a Wednesday afternoon appointment. Chris came after an earlier call letting us know his approximate time of arrival. We have a broken spring. He inspected the doors. I told him that we plan to stay in the home and he recommended rebuilding the doors by replacing all the springs, rollers, pulleys and cables on the 2 old wooden doors. He got my approval prior to starting the job. In an hour the work was completed. I was very pleased with his advice and quality of work. Chris did an outstanding job. He is very competent and easy to deal with and I highly recommend Chris and Precision for any garage door-related jobs.

Repair man (Mike B. Dupre) was friendly and knowledgeable, made an appointment for anywhere from 10-2, they promptly showed up at 10:30, early than I expected. He did a good job of fixing our garage issue (broken spring, and rollers) albeit a little expensive it was well worth it as the service was paramount.

In particular the young Technician named George was extremely polite to my mother who is 86 years old. He took the time to go over the operation of the new opener in detail and answer her questions. Tim was friendly and courteous and instantly tried to temporarily repair my rusted, bent rails enough for us to open and close the garage door one more time to remove the trash/recycle cans. Unable to, he very clearly explained the different options available. Soon we will have a new door that will look exactly like our old door, except this one will work!

I had springs, cables and opener for this serbice call. I had to call a second time to secure a bracket which came out of the ceiling that holds the opener in place. The initial technician was friendly and courteous.

We met with Glenn who was very knowledgeable, friendly and clear about all the products you offer. He came within 2 hours of our initial phone call (a miracle right there!) We did order a door which will come in 3-5 weeks so I cannot comment on the installation part of the job but I would absolutely recommend the company and Glenn to anyone who is looking to repair or replace their garage door. When the job is done, I will post again about that part of the process.
