We had rebuilt our garage door three years ago and purchased a rebuild parts package with lifetime warranty from Precision. We also have a HMS warranty that covers our garage door opener. Unfortunately, our garage door opener stopped working. So, we had called HMS warranty to get it fixed. However, our warranty company denied our claim saying that the door opener failed due to the malfunction of the springs which is a non covered service. So, I ended up calling Precision garage since we had a lifetime warranty with them. I was given an appointment for next day itself. Kevin.N was our technician and on the day of service, he called me an hour and a half before his arrival to let me know when he was going to come. He also called me 25 minutes before his scheduled arrival. He was very courteous and patiently listened to 3 yrs worth of our garage door history!! He replaced the springs and explained me in detail about the process. He even spoke to his managers and got us a new motor approved for our door opener! Yay!! He said he wanted to make things right. I can't thank him enough for the wonderful service he provided. I would highly recommend precision garage services and especially ask for Kevin. N. Thank you Kevin!!

As always, the service I received from Precision was outstanding. I was able to make an appointment for the next day and the service rep Kevin was punctual, friendly and professional. The problem was resolved quickly and the fees were explained prior to the service call and after repairs were done. Precision is a wonderful company to deal with for Garage door services and I will continue to use them.

Chris saved my hide!!!! What a great guy, Chris came right away and although the garage door was really jammed he did not give up until he fixed it. He saved me thousands of dollars and the wrath of my husband when he got home LOL. 5 star rating. I would definitely use Precision again!

It took a month from request to installation. It doesn't matter what caused it because the client only sees that the product is delivered to his satisfaction. In the end, the product will say it all. The service guys were at their best but any comment on the product will have to wait for sometime until I'm sure it does not fail in the next month or so. In any client business relationship, it is Trust that binds them. I believe Precision hits this mark.

My service technician was knowledgeable, skilled and very attentive to detail. My issues were fixed (bought new springs, rollers, and cables) and my garage door closes with quiet ease and perfect balance. Everything was explained well and the work was done in a timely manner. Excellent service. I was very happy with the work and would definitely use Precision Garage Door again in the future if I need to.

I love the door and just by accident the panels match the window shutters which I didn't think about Its great when a company stands behind its procuct without trying to sell extended warranties. Quite refreshing .
