My technician Kevin S was very knowledgable and professional. He clearly explained all options and didn't try to oversell the more expensive options. He completed the job within the timeframe he estimated. If I need service in the future, I would request Kevin. Overall Kevin did an excellent job.

We had hired Precision Garage Door Company to replace the springs, rollers and cables, on our garage door. Usually, I attempt to complete my own home repairs, however, I wasn't so confident about installing all of the new products for our garage door opener. Precision was AWESOME!!
