Your technicians called immediately after I spoke with your scheduler and said they expected to arrive a few hours later at 2:30 pm. They were in fact 10 minutes early. They courteously went to work, found the problem and fixed it. Now my garage door is working well again. I am very pleased.

The initial phone contact was very professional. The technician (Rob Z) showed up within the prescribed window, very friendly and also professional. He proceeded to evaluate the problem and provided a clear explanation and of the evaluation, recommendation, and warranty. While I thought the cost was high, policy accommodations (coupons, discounts) were applied at my request. The work done was excellent and when Rob left, the door to was working like new, and to my complete satisfaction.

I was very disappointed and was charged for a service call though no service was required. I explained to the call rep that I was a new homeowner and the garage doors stopped working and I wanted to have someone come out and tell us what our options were to have done. We were charged for a service call thought this was incorrect. Being new to the home owning, I probably incorrectly called it a service call as I didn't realize that this was a specific thing indicating a charge. Overall, I wish that the call rep would have actually heard what I was explaining that I needed and recognized this as an estimate instead. In writing this review, I have to select something in the box "Service Performed*:" as it has the asterisk next to it in order to submite but I reiterate, no service was performed.

Michael X Schumacher - He was great, he showed up within a few hours after our initial call. He gave us different options for us to decide on: install new springs that could handle the correct weight of the doors or install new garage doors. Our garage doors are 26 years old and beat up, so this made the decision pretty easy for us, new garage doors. He even fixed the problem, so we can use the garage door until our new doors are installed. We cannot wait!
