We met with Glenn who was very knowledgeable, friendly and clear about all the products you offer. He came within 2 hours of our initial phone call (a miracle right there!) We did order a door which will come in 3-5 weeks so I cannot comment on the installation part of the job but I would absolutely recommend the company and Glenn to anyone who is looking to repair or replace their garage door. When the job is done, I will post again about that part of the process.

I would give my experience 5 stars to start with because Brian, my technician called me twice to let me know when he would be at my house in case I needed time in out. Tim was friendly and courteous and instantly tried to temporarily repair my rusted, bent rails enough for us to open and close the garage door one more time to remove the trash/recycle cans. Unable to, he very clearly explained the different options available. Soon we will have a new door that will look exactly like our old door, except this one will work!
