We've used Precision Door Service 3 times during the last 5 years. We called them back due to a problem with the door opener and Rick arrived right on time and was friendly and helpful! He was very accommodating. I also feel very safe with this company -- it feels family friendly!

Extremely efficient from the initial service call to the repair of our garage door. I called late the previous night and they were able to get a technician to our house early the next morning. Kevin was punctual, friendly and honest with his assessment. He was also quick but thorough with the repair. I would definitely recommend Precision Door.

I was impressed that the website had pictures and bios of all the technicians. When Brian H arrived he was very friendly and knowledgable.He knew exactly what had to be done to accomplish the repair. He also answered all my questions. He replaced springs, pulleys etc and now the garage door opens with ease. I am very pleased with the results and the professionalism of the service technician. I would use the service again, but that won't be any time soon because of the job well done!

I had a really great experience with this company. From the initial phone call, to the signing of the paperwork at the completion of the job, I was an extremely satisfied customer. The first two places I called were rather rude to me, so it was no small thing that the people at Precision were professional and polite and efficient, not to mention friendly and down to earth. I liked the website, and I appreciated the fact that the employees wore uniforms and drove marked trucks. It illustrated for me that this was a company with a lot of pride in its work and its name. I am careful about how and where I spend my money but I trusted Lou R. and my trust was not misplaced. He gave a fair assessment of the problem (explaining it not once but twice, to me and to the warranty company I have an account with) and he did a great job with my garage door opener intstallation, working even more quickly than I would have thought possible. I would say, don't hesitate to call this company for all of your garage door needs. I will definitely be using them in the future as the need arises.

The mark of a good company is how they correct issues or problems if the arise. I had some issues with a garage door spring repair, and once I communicated these issues to the company, I received a phone call from the owner Doug, and a call from the manager, Bob. My concerns were handled professionally & quickly, leading to a very acceptable outcome. I am quite happy at how attentive the management, and technicians, were to my concerns. Thanks for addressing things so fast.

Precision garage door is in my opinion a top-notch company that has proved itself to be the best at what they do . Our garage door needed some adjustments and Brian showed up right on time as a matter fact way ahead of schedule to do the job .. He is a gentleman and a professional I did the job perfectly , I would recommend precision garage door to my family and friends without any doubt ... There are many companies out there and all types of businesses and boy oh boy did could they learn from precision garage door and their team and once again thank you to Brian for a job well done .
