The technician was terrific. He called an hour before he came to tell me he would be there. His work was terrific, and he spent a lot of time with me explaining what he did. He also explained to me that the motor would have to be replaced in the not too distant future. He also explained to me what warning signs to look for when the motor would have to be replaced. All of the moving parts to the door were replaced.

When he got here, he introduced himself and we went over what my problem was. He checked out the reason the door was not closing.
