I knew that the technician would call me a half hour before he came. When he came, Rob was knowledgeable, courteous and friendly. I just knew that he was trustworthy, as well. He explained everything to me and made me feel comfortable choosing the service package. Very professional through and through! This is the 2nd time I have used Precision and I would highly recommend them to anyone who has a problem with any aspect of their garage door.
