Chris fixed my door and I can't say enough good things about this young man. He is polite, professional and he knows his stuff. Brian was very thorough and explained all of my options and explained his recommendations in terms of repairs to get the door working again. When he was finished, we tested the door and he showed me all of the new parts. He patiently answered all of my questions as well. I don't think it was the cheapest price for the repairs but you get what you pay for I guess. I will use Precision again. Thank you.

A technician from Precision came to my home, within hours of the call for appointment, to repair the garage door opener. From the moment he arrived, George M. was as professional as could be. He looked over all components of the garage door and explained everything that he was doing as he went step-by-step. He discovered some safety issues left by the prior homeowner and missed by the home inspector. It turned out that we ultimately needed a new garage door opener (the existing one was 17 years old), which George installed along with making the necessary safety repairs. Then, he walked me through every repair that he made and explained the reason behind it, as well as how to maintain the repairs. If only more companies did business this way and hired people like George M. ...
