Precision Garage doors was excellent from start to finish. They had great communication through texts, email and phone. The day of my service they came within the scheduled window which was appreciated and the team had the door replaced in under 2 hours. The door looks great including the trim. I would recommend them to anyone !

On 10/2/2024 I had Precision Overhead Garage Door Service install a new motor and springs and rollers and cables on my garage door The Tech was Charlie and he got here when he said he would and he did an excellent job from explanation to install and cleanup Charlie was very easy to get along with and respected me and my home I very highly recommend Precision Door and the Tech Charlie

Precision installed our garage doors 11 years ago and they were great. Yesterday one of the springs broke. I went online and made and appointment for this morning. Mike arrived promptly at 8am, was super friendly, knowledgable, and professional. He explained my options. By 10am both my doors had new springs, cables, and rollers with a 7 year warranty. I couldn't ask for better service or better quality.

Had trouble reconnecting WiFi with MyQ. Matt came and spent a lot of time troubleshooting, including spending much of that time on the phone with the manufacturer. He went through the reconnect process countless times, and was determined to solve the problem no matter what it took. In a situation that could have become very frustrating, he remained courteous and professional, which is probably more than I could have done. Finally, he corrected the issue, and all is well. Matt's da man!

Very prompt, very thorough and very professional service. Jon arrived at the appointment time and gave a very thorough inspection of the garage door and explained its workings and then made his recommendations as how to solve my issues. There were several solutions. When the method was chosen, he immediately began the repair process and completed it in minimum time. New operation instructions were given until I was comfortable with the new equipment. I have used this company before and have always been pleased with the business and their staff.

Very fast response and very professional service. I had a broken garage door spring and booked an appointment online at 10:00 pm the night before. The next morning Xavier showed up at 8:30 am. He was very knowledgeable and handy and replaced both springs and pulleys within one hour. The only surprise is the price of the springs ($400 each) and I paid $1800+ total for part cost and labor.

Alan Ramirez just finished installing a new garage door opener and I couldn’t possibly be happier with the service he provided. He is professional, knowledgeable and very friendly. The door opener was installed very quickly, everything is adjusted so it travels smoothly and then he setup the wall mount control as well as phone and car access. I’ll definitely ask for him by name if I ever need any garage door services!

Sean Young was great. He called to let me know when he was coming, he arrived within the time period he had advised, and was very friendly and professional. He showed me what was wrong, explained how he was going to fix it, provided an estimate, and made sure that I was happy with the finished product. While the repair was caused by an accident, he assured me that I was not the first person to have done that. He asked if I had any additional questions about the job and checked the current system to advise that I should consider getting a replacement in the near future. I will be replacing it next year and will most certainly be calling Precision to do the job and hopefully will get Sean again for that. I felt very comfortable with everyone that I dealt with from the company and highly recommend them.

After 15 years required a new handle and replaced springs, cable and pulley while serviceman was here since they were becoming very worn. Xavi was the serviceman, who was on time, called before arriving, was very polite, explained everything in detail, gave me various options, and then completed the job in a very neat and timely fashion. Completely satisfied with this service. Door was originally installed 15 years ago by Precision and still looks and operates like it is brand new. I would recommend this company for your garage door needs.
