My neighbor referred Precision to me when my garage door opener broke a few years ago. I was pleased then and I am still very pleased the professional and friendly service provided. When they are on the way to your home, the company sends a text with the tech’s name and a brief summary about them, and an expected arrival time. They do not expect customers wait for them at home for the entire time frame. I highly recommend this company!

It really was a pleasure dealing with Precision. From my initial phone call to having the work done so quickly, I was extremely satisfied. The representatives on the phone were courteous and helpful . Alex (as I mentioned in his review) was great— professional and efficient . I have recently dealt with other garage repair companies and let’s just say I wasn’t looking forward to more of the same but I was actually surprised at the way your company works with their customers. Although the cost was a little difficult for me to handle, I would still highly recommend your company to others.

WHEN I HAD A NEW GARAGE DOOR OPENER PUT IN TWO YEARS AGO IT WAS THE BEST DECISSION , THE SERVICE WAS FANTASTIC , THEY WERE ON TIME AND THEIR WORK WAS NEAT AND CLEAN. THEY DID EVERYTHING THEY SAID THEY WOULD DO. NOW I HAD A PROBLEM WITH MY KEY PAD, I CALLED TODAY AND WITHIN A FEW HOURS THEY CAME SAME DAY. THE SERVICE TECHNICIAN , ETHAN TSIRULIK WAS PROMT, POLITE , AND FIXED THE PROBLEM IN SHORT TIME. HE LOOKED OVER ALL THE WORKING PARTS TO MAKE SURE EVERYTHING WAS IN GOOD ORDER AND I DID NOT EVEN ASK HIM TO DO THIS. I WOULD RECCOMEND THEM TO ANYONE THANK YOU PRECISION AND ETHAN

This review is to commend Precision Door Service and its very able employee David Paz. I was happy to learn that I could get service on the Saturday of a holiday weekend. And David was knowledgeable, hardworking, and friendly. He answered any questions I had and gave me a few maintenance tipS as well. Well, we had a little mishap. After residing our garage, the garage door lock no longer worked. Getting an appointment was easy. Instead of a frustrating automated phone system, I quickly reached a helpful human who booked our appointment with only a 3-day wait. The servicing tech was in constant contact with texts and phone calls. He arrived on time, and fixed the problem. No drama. The customer service end is excellent.

Precision Garage Door Service is an EXCELLENT company! Our two existing / old garage door openers were acting up & on their way out. We called Precision & the tech came over right away & installed new garage door openers for us. Luke provided excellent service that not only included a new garage door opener, but also preventive maintenance on the garage door. He pointed out the many fatigue points, only one of which I was already aware, and gave clear reasons for replacing some parts. I can't believe how quiet operating the garage door is now! Great job. Alan was the best. Professional, courteous and attentive. He diagnosed the issues and prescribed the best course of action to get my garage door back in service.
