Luke provided excellent service that not only included a new garage door opener, but also preventive maintenance on the garage door. He pointed out the many fatigue points, only one of which I was already aware, and gave clear reasons for replacing some parts. I can't believe how quiet operating the garage door is now! Great job. I'd add another star to the rating if I could.

Dave was an awesome guy. He was here early and explained everything. He worked patiently during heavy rain and a thunderstorm. He checked everything out , gave me my options, and installed a new opener. I lucked out a coupon came in the mail the day before so I saved some money. Dave was one of the most polite and courteous technicians I’ve had. I would recommend this company to everyone!

W/ a professional manner and skilled “precision,” our technician arrived on schedule. All our concerns were addressed within an hour, far quicker than what we anticipated. Garage remote was set and “proudly” it was rekindled - once again- onto car visor!!! What a relief to have it back in my life. Although a “small job” today, there are always potentials- for tomorrows!

I would like to thank the team at Precision for doing an exceptional job from initial service to installation of our new garage doors. Ryan M was professional and sought to understand my needs. He was customer focused and helped me identify a solution which worked for me. Marc M provided an install process which was seamless and impressive. He installed three doors by himself and was kind and professional throughout the multi-hour install. The doors look great, enhance my home, and I’ll certainly recommend and continue to use Precision in the future.
