Our garage door keypad no longer functioned. I contacted Precision Garage Door Services to take a look. Precision Garage Door Services sent Luke Stachura the following day. Luke thoroughly reviewed the issue replacing the keypad and configured it with our opener. He then performed a PM service, and the door has never been quieter nor smoother in operation. On the day of service Ethan the repairman informed me of his arrival time and was very punctual. He explained in detail what repairs needed to be done with options given. He did the repairs in a timely manner and when the work was completed he again explained what was done . I am very happy with the service provided and would highly recommend him.

Kevin, our serviceman, arrived within the promised time frame. He evaluated the problem with our garage door opener. Due to its age, repairing was not an option. He gave me a choice of three new openers that he had on his truck. Kevin installed a new one in about an hour. He explained clearly how to use it. He was knowledgeable and extremely personable. He cleaned up after the job and took away the old unit. We are very satisfied with our new opener.
