Brian was our technician and we had a really good experience with the service provided. He took time to explain what the issue was and since I had a warranty with the company that installed our garages, suggested things that I should request them to update (springs, some rollers etc). Then he fixed the issue promptly and got all our garage doors functioning within no time. Will use PDS services again when needed.

A spring on one of our garage doors broke on a Sunday afternoon. We checked with a family member, who had used Precision in the past, to ask for a recommendation. After their positive feedback we scheduled an appointment with Precision for the following morning. Louis R. arrived at our home 8 AM Monday morning and gave a detailed analysis of all the working parts of the door and some options for the repair. After making a decision Louis got to work and about 90 minutes later our door was working better than ever. That door has not been that smooth and quiet in years!! Thanks Precision and Louis R. for the quick response and great work! Highly recommended to anyone in need of Garage door repair!!

John Delpiu was the Precision Garage Door Service Technician who worked on our door. He kept us well advised as to the time he would arrive in the service window, so there was no unnecessary waiting around. Once on site John saw what our issue was. He tediously adjusted the springs and cables on both sides of the door. The door is working much better now after his adjustments!

His name is Luke; pleasant fellow. I paid $1400 by credit card; he installed a new motor, and replaced 2 garage door openers. I think he also installed a key pad on the outside of the garage door opener. My complaint is that the cost was an awful lot. My children were furious saying I got ripped off. My house was struck by lightning and the strike fried many electrical components in our house, including the garage door opener. James did an excellent job examining all the important elements of the door, and replaced the motor as well as finding fraying in the cables due to a problem I wasn't aware of. He replaced those as well, and avoided a serious problem that could have occurred if one of those cables had snapped. It's very comforting to know you have a company that has your best interests in mind. Wish all companies were that good.

First of all our Tech John couldn’t have been more professional and a real nice guy He gave us a few options explained our options and didn’t pressure us at all The response time from the time we called for an appointment till it actually happened was less then 24 hours which was great Also he was able to install a new garage door opener at the same time had inventory on truck that was great
