I am very happy with the service! I called a bit before noon on a Friday, and was set up with an appointment the same day, with a window from noon to 4pm! Kevin Stasiak was the technician who came, and he did a thorough job at identifying issues with my door and opener, and made clear what fixes were worthwhile vs. what things could last us many more years. After giving some options for new openers, we made our decisions, and then he did the entire job in about an hour. We were putting off getting the door fixed because we thought it would take a long time, that appointments would be weeks out, etc., but we were happy to be completely wrong on that!

The name of this company, Precision, clearly describes their quality of work. Everything from the appointment process to the job performed was done with impeccable efficiency. One morning, my garage door came off the hinges and would not open and close properly. I called Precision and they were able to send Sean out in just a few hours. He was very courteous and knowledgeable and immediately assessed the damage and provided a quote. He was all done in about half an hour and the door works fine. He went above and beyond, trying every possible way to fix the existing opener to save me the expense of a replacement. I have had at lead 3 calls for the garage door banging when it hits the garage floor. At least this technician ( Luke) took the time to explain that the banging is due to the type of opener we purchased. If I would have known it would have been this noisy we would have purchased a different one. So Luke gets the 5 star, because he took the time to explain everything. We just aren't completely happy with the opener
