Phenomenal! Two guys came exactly at scheduled time (on super short notice), fixed the problem, gave me multiple upgrade options and their prices, and actually installed the ordered upgrades within an hour. One could get used to such service.

I have been a Precision customer for many years, and have always received excellent service. I called for an appointment and was scheduled for the next morning. The technician, Brian, performed a complete inspection, explained the problems and reviewed options with me. I never felt pressured into a decision. My garage door stopped closing due to a bad sensor so I called Precision and they sent over Louis Rowek. Lou diagnosed the problem and reviewed the entire door operation to allow me to choose the services I were to do. Is and the ones to wait on. Lou was very courteous and fast. By the time he left I felt like I had made a new friend, great guy. I will definitely use them again.

I had called Precision Overhead Garage Door yesterday to service my overhead garage opener because it was making a noise when opening/shutting it. I was happy that I could get an appointment so soon -- this morning, because I feared the door might collapse, etc. David Paz was the service man who came this morning, and he was able to not only do the routine servicing, but was able to detect and solve my problem.
