If there were an extra STAR, I would give it to you! Your technicians were excellent and knew their "stuff". Dear Doug, This is not a reflection on Roberto. I asked him if he knew an electrician as I had a very good one, and reasonable but he moved away. Roberto said while he had not used them, your company , unless I misunderstood, uses a company, Mr. Electric. He gavev me the contact information. I contacted them immediately, and was told that they would call me back and email, but they did not. when I called again I was told by an automated system that it takes a year for an appointment.
