Made an appointment for an estimate to replace 2 noisy door openers. John D arrived on time worked up an estimate and clearly explained options. After applying appropriate discounts, I agreed and was pleasantly surprised that he could do the job immediately, since his truck was supplied with everything needed. He completed the task quickly and was joined by an associate, Kilian, who assisted. He walked me through the programming and phone app. Both of these men were wonderful and friendly, answered all my concerns. The opener works perfectly and I would certainly recommend them and Precision Door for any garage door issues in the future.

The repair person was professional and the repair is fine. But this company is extremely expensive. After the repair I was left with the feeling that I had been significantly overcharged. I checked with 2 garage door services near me and that was confirmed. I was charged roughly double what others would have charged. My mistake for agreeing to the pricing, but I would not use this service again.

I booked online on Thursday because the service call was free. Jon Wilson arrived at 12:00 on Friday. He was courteous, informative, professional and patient with us. He gave us three options that were clearly laid out. We had two new garage door openers installed in a timely fashion. Jon then helped up set up the remotes, keyless entry and my car.
