We had a sudden (aren't they all?) issue with our garage door opener and needed a quick turnaround. Not only was Precision able to be out here the next day, they were even able to be here earlier than I had scheduled. Ricky, our technician, was great. Explained everything simply and made the process super painless. Also, I must say, as someone who manages a customer service team for a living, the text message "introducing" me to him before he showed up was a very nice touch - one I wish more companies would implement. A neighborly company, indeed. All in all, great job and I will recommend Precision to anyone and everyone in the future.

I though the service person was knowledgeable and present himself in a professional manner I thought the service call and maintenance was extremely expensive. I have paid a little over three hundred dollars to lubricate about 8 hinged and tighten the bolts. I did have new brackets put on safety light beam. As far garage door opener that was inspected on the initial and during the maintenance but I don’t think there was difference in inspection
