Had a crack on the top panel of my garage and it was making a loud squeaky noise. The driver Ethan showed up promptly and was able to easily diagnose the issue. He was able to fix it and provide a solid price on a full garage door replacement which we will be later proceeding on. I highly recommend this company for all your garage door needs.

Absolute pleasure dealing with your company. Company notified me the day before of approximate time of arrival. Called again on day of service to confirm a more precise time. Service technician arrived on time. He tested the door and quickly identified problem. He was equipped with a replacement door opener. He was able to install it in a reasonable time since I had to leave. He cleaned up everything. It was a pleasure dealing with him. Note this technician had worked at my house previously. Nice to she him come back. He did a great job the first time be came which improved my confidence in your company.

I got quoted on work and price came in higher than what I could get through local providers. That happens and it’s part of business but my technician Matt and the company’s response justifies the rating and why we moved forward with part of the work. First off, can’t speak highly enough of Matt. His communication was great, he was super personable and no high pressure sales tactics. His work was impeccable and it was clear he cares. For the company, clear they prioritize customers because I pivoted mid work and their response was to ensure work got done to my expectations and I never felt trapped despite changing my mind while work started. Clear to me the value of the company, some of the quotes misaligned with my expectations but for the work I got done the value is clear.

t is difficult to find people who know all bout garage doors and /or how to fix them. However, I have Precision ome to my garage at lleast 3 times and I have never been disappointed. Yesterday was a case in point.I didnt know why my garage door wouldn't open or close and I did't have the key to oen it. Precision solvedl the problem but also gave me a new lock and keys for it. And he was most personable to boot and explained everything. He also came as soon as he was a le because I had an important meeting to attend.

Awesome work! My garage door fell off its tracks and almost damaged my car. Called Precision and they scheduled rapid response within 2 days (Labor Day). Precision kept me updated on when and where the tech was. Luke was my technician. He arrived well within the scheduled appointment; diagnose the problem; offered me four options, with pricing, and worked on it straight away! Quick, clean and no surprises. Luke kept me informed of his progress and completed the job as promised. He discussed warranty on the work; and was off on his way! Fantastic! Garage Door cable snapped at 6:00pm on a Friday night; called Precision Saturday at around noon, explained the problem. I was told by the Pompton PLains location that they could handle the problem and get someone to my house between 2:00 and 6:00. Immediately after hanging up, the appointment was confirmed via Text and e-mail so I knew there would be no miscommunication about the appointment; this was followed up by a text from the Service Manager (Rob). They assigned the work order to their Service Tech, Jon Wilson who called me at 1:40 advising he was 25 minutes away (arrived at 2:05); I also received confirmation messages from Precision that Jon was on his way. Upon arrival, Jon and I reviewed the “problem door” as well as the 2nd garage door. He inspected both doors and gave me 3 repair options (Good, Better, Best); we selected the “Better” option. Jon immediately went to work and kept me informed what he was doing and changing/fixing (we had him replace the Springs, Cables, Rollers, and secure Railing brackets that came dislodged when the cable snapped). I have to say, Jon was EXCELLENT and was extremely attentive to his work, and checked everything THOROUGHLY upon completion, went over everything with me and asked if I had any questions. Can’t put enough praise on Precision and especially Jon for his excellent work and HIGHLY RECOMMEND Precision if you have any issue with your garage Door!!

Called late on a Friday and by early next morning a Precision tech was at my door to address my broken garage door opener. The whole experience was super positive. From the moment I called everyone was extremely polite and helpful. The technician, Jeffrey Clemente, was incredibly knowledgeable, friendly and professional. He walked me through all aspects of replacing the garage door opener and mechanisms. No forced selling but rather Jeff gave me a clear understanding of all options and price points. That was very much appreciated. Jeff also fully walked me through the operation of the entire the system, warranties, etc. The new device is way better than what I had and is very quiet. I will absolutely use Precision again and highly recommend them overall.

The spring on my garage door broke, which made it unusable. I contacted Precision and they had a technician at my home the same day! I have never had service on a garage door before. I chose Precision after searching a number of factors including geography, positive reviews, all materials in van for same day service, etc. All of my searches came back around to Precision. Actual service could not have been better, even before arrival. Matt kept me informed of his location and travel status, so I was ready for his arrival. Once he was here, he was thorough in describing the problem and options, and helped me understand what to look for in my door and motor, so I could make a well informed decision. His long experience and depth of knowledge inspired confidence. And he was friendly. He gave me some extra pointers on how to keep my doors running smoothly, even outside of the repairs. We talked a little bit about Dr Pepper, too. He was an expert, a professional and a nice guy.
