My garage door couldn't open automatically because a metal piece snapped off. I was pretty upset because I am so used to keeping my vehicle there safe and sound from the elements. Luckily, I was off from work and called Precision around 10:00 A.M. I couldn't have been more pleased with my technician Gaetano. He had been delayed on a particularly difficult job, but still went out of his way to come to my home on same day I called for help. Gaetano was pleasant, polite, friendly, and best of all, extremely competent at his work. He assessed the problem with my garage door and fixed it perfectly. I am so pleased and I couldn't have asked for a better Service Technician. Thank You Gaetano, you put my husband and myself completely at ease and assured us a peaceful night's rest with no more worries about the garage!

I highly recommend Precision for all your garage door needs! I backed up into my closed garage door and called to have it fixed. They sent someone the very next day and Tim, our garage door specialist, explained everything that needed to be repaired and had it fixed up like new in less than an hour! I could not be happier with the quick and friendly service that Precision has provided me. I will be a customer for life.

Excellent service. The service tech called before coming to my house. Did the work scheduled and he did not try to sell additional products that I didn't need. I would recommend the company. The only issue I ordered the service via AAA special and wasn't advised that they only did that service at specific times.

We used Precision because they featured Lift-Master garage door openers and because the mailer we received offered a discount on the cost of the visit. I was requesting a free estimate to replace 2 garage doors and install 2 new openers. I was pleased with the timeliness of the representative. The estimate was on par with other estimates I'd received and the representative assuring me that even if we get a better bid, Precision offers a price match guarantee. I haven't received all the solicited estimates yet, but I am leaning towards Precision.

Great service by the technician. (Five stars) I forgot his name but he did introduce himself. Explained everything about the product and what he was doing. I needed to have weather stripping installed, replaced old stripping, this is not a choice give below for service performed. There were issues with receipt of email confirmation of appointment. It all turned-out ok though. Due to the email confirmation, I had to give it a 4 star review. Marie C.

Brandon returned one year after a repair was made and had to repair our garage door. The garage door repair was 100% under warranty and the repair was completed before 24 hours of our call. The reason I called Precision turned out not to be the problem (only embarrass myself if i explain). After the problem was solved Brandon explained to me that my system needed to be updated. Did not push me and even told me my present garage door was a good quality. Once I agreed to the upgrade he completed the job right then.

I have used Precision before so I was very confident in their skills. I first tried to Do it myself. I even sought out your video. It was very entertaining and informative but alas I still have my problem so needed to have someone come to my house to fix it.
