I was impressed by the responsiveness and professionalism exhibited by Precision - both during the my initial contact with the company and setting-up the service call, as well as the service call itself. The techhician (Pete) was clearly highly experienced and knowledgable. I believe I paid a premium-price for the type of service rendered but I am okay with that -- the overall quality of the experience with Precision was great.

We would like to thank Tim Rainey for his excellent professionalism in meeting with us today. He called to let us know he was on his way. He arrived on time. He was polite and well groomed. As he spoke to us, we (my wife and I), both felt that we understood what was had happened to our garage door and what needed to be done to repair the garage door. Peter arrived when he said he would (on a Saturday). He was knowledgeable, friendly and efficient. Peter assessed and repaired our door in less than 45 minutes, then checked for other defects. I was trapped in my house with a garage door that wouldn't go up. I was so grateful for same day service. Our technician, Scott, was very thorough in his evaluation and explained all that needed repaired. Although I only saw the broken spring, he showed me frayed wires and worn rollers. He was kind, courteous and knowledgable and I was thrilled to drive out of my garage having replaced the springs, rollers, cables and some other things in about an hour.

Dear Doug: Pete Orlando is the best representative I have met from your company. He credits the company with training him ( a repair person) on how to sell your products. He understands all aspects of the sales and repair processes and gave us the confidence to use Precision door again.
