I had Tim come to elevate my broken garage door. He was prompt, courteous, and professional. Originally I was hoping to repair it, but he thoroughly showed and explained to me the issues, and that it would actually cost about the same price to get a new, attractive, and much safer/durable one. I was in no way pressured to order a new door as opposed to repairing the current one. I look forward to having my new carriage style door in the near future, and feel confident that it will be safe and increase the value of my home. Thank you.

Scott M. Was my technician. Not only was he very nice, his professionalism and knowledge was superior. He answered all of my questions thoroughly. In addition, Scott called me at the start of my four hour window just to give me a more approximate time that he would arrive. That was so greatly appreciated and he arrived right when he said. Finally, Scott was so courteous. He told me there may be some noise with drilling, etc. he told me this because he knew my two young children were sleeping.

I was very pleased with the service provided by Drew. He was professional, cordial, cheerful, and provided me with good information on the diagnosis and prognosis of my garage door problem. He fixed the problem quickly. I strongly recommend that you address the issue of your fees. Your pricing structure is very confusing (and a little bit deceptive). There's a "service call," "labor charge," although if you need parts, the labor charge is included in the cost of parts. Is that right? I think you need to tell the customer the following: 1. For a technician to visit your home, the initial charge is $69.00. That is the cost/charge/fee for one of our technicians to travel to your home, even before any work is done. 2. Our technicians get $100/hour for their time that cannot be divided into portions of an hour. If a technician works on your garage doors for 1 minute or 60 minutes, you will be charged $100. 3. I can't suggest a change to your labor/parts explanation because I'm still not sure what it is. I hope to hear back from you to address my suggestions. Thank you for allowing me post my opinions.

This is the second time I have used Precision for my garage, they installed my doors years ago and I am still happy with them. I needed a new motor and was provided prompt service....like the very next day. Gaetano, the service person arrived at the scheduled time.....he explained my options and performed the installation with no problems. He took the time to explain all the new bells and whistles before he left. A very professional job.

My neighbor referred Precision to me. She was very satisfied with their work, plus I was able to obtain an AAA coupon deal which helped me saved on the cost. Tim Rainey, the technician, explained how a garage door opener should work and then went through each point on how my garage door was either working properly or inproperly and what I needed to fix the problems. Tim was knowledgeable and efficient. Now my garage door opens smoothly and quietly, and I don't have to worry about any harm to my car or me from a broken cable.

I would highly recommend Precision for your garage door needs. I used them for installation of a garage door opener and then again just recently for a repair. It turned out to be a problem with my door not the opener and still the technician could not have been more helpful. I was fortunate to have Scott as my technician both times.

Having used PDSNJ five years ago when I had my garage door rebuilt [springs, pulleys, etc], there was no doubt in my mind as to who I would call when my garage door opener failed... I am, yet again, very impressed... Wow, less than five hours passed from call to installation completion! Both the office rep with whom I spoke and the technician--Kevin--were extremely professional... Kevin arrived as promised, well versed in explaining my options, was diligent and skillful in completing the work [no muss; no fuss], and made sure that I understood operation of the new opener before concluding his visit... Vinnie has been great! My garage door system was installed in approximately two hours and I had access to my garage once again! Then about a week later, I needed Precision to come back for a service call. I called in the evening for an appointment and Vinnie came first thing the next morning. He is very professional, and so far, he has backed-up his entire sales pitch. If service like this continues, it will be a great relationship between customer and business.
