Excellent service. Found broken garage door, yesterday afternoon, completely repaired and like new within 24 hours. Serviceman Kevin, called me twice during the day to indicate his approximate time of arrival. He went straight to work, explained the problems and presented a variety of solutions. We decided on a rebuild package for both garage doors as neither door had ever been serviced for over 35 years. He did the job and reviewed it with us, explaining the maintenance required and the Precision warranty. I truly appreciate quality service at a reasonable price. Thank you Precision.

Precision was a random pick for me; and I'm really glad I chose them. Scott, my Technician, was absolutely fabulous in every way. After careful assessment,he presented available options, answered all questions my husband and I had so we'd have a clear understanding before making our decision. He then told us what he was going to do...he did it...then told us again why the choice was a good one. A competitor (doing another job at the time) complimented Scott's professional work. I called Precision because Aspen Garage Doors installed a new garage door opener about 5 years ago. Aspen is now Precision and the service level was the same (very good service, on time, reasonable price, courteous installer, work done quickly). I was very pleased with the professional service provided to fix my garage door. The track had been bent when backing out a car, which caused the door to not close/open properly using the remote. The technician fixed the problem quickly, reviewed the force adjustments on the door opener, and lubricated the track. He came out and quickly fixed the problem, and did not try to sell anything I didn't need. Thanks for your help!
