We recently had two garage door openers replaced within a few weeks of each other. One was about 20 years old and the other 40+. Kevin installed both and was very professional and courteous. He worked around my schedule coming after 3:00 p.m., explained what had to be done and performed the work quickly and neatly. Would definitely recommend.

Pete was very determined to find out what caused the malfunction in my garage door but the door was fine when he got here. He spent time here trying to duplicate the problem so that he could diagnose it, but the door remained faithfully perfect the whole visit. He took time to sit with me and go over what he tried, told me how to find diagnostic information should it happen again, and assured me that someone would be here to fix it if it malfunctions again. Brandon called twice before he arrived and was prompt, polite and very professional. The call was to repair a broken spring, but Brandon suggested replacing the rusted rollers and other parts on our two doors that were probably 20 years old. Now the doors work perfectly. The biggest benefit was bringing the system up to code with having the safety cables installed. We were fortunate that our broken spring did not damage our car when it flew in the garage last night. Very prompt and great service. Speedy repair, too.
