I called expecting to wait days to have my door opener repaired. Instead I got an appointment for the next day which was Sunday. They came as promised with a truck stocked with parts. Technician was knowledgeable and explained to me in detail what needed to be done in order for the door to work again. Very satisfied with the entire process.

Although I ended up paying much more than I thought, but I am happy with the service Brandon provided, he is very professional. Overall service was excellent, truly 24x7. I called first thing on Saturday morning, team worked around there appointments schedule and confirmed Brandon will be at my house within 45mins. Right after I finished the call with the appointment, Brandon called right way and very kindly informed me that he will be at my house in 35 mins. Brandon examined all three doors and explained details of each of my options, sincerely showed how he cared about his customer and my safety. I trusted him and decided to let him do some preventative maintenance work and ended up replacing springs on two doors. Definitely would recommend Brandon to others. The reason for 4 stars is because Precision fee is higher than other companies.

Peter Orlando was extremely professional in the performance of the repair to the garage door. He called ahead and attempted to resolve the problem without coming to our residence, but was unsuccessful. When he arrived, he was able to diagnose the problem quickly and proceeded to solve the problem explaining what he was doing as he worked.

We highly recommend Precision Door for your garage door needs. Our technician Tim, realized right away the door opener on our door did not have enough horsepower to lift our double door. Something the other company we had used for several years failed to notice even after several service calls. Tim replaced our opener with a Liftmaster that was so quiet, with our family room above the garage didn't shake anymore. When our garage door spring broke a few months later - I knew who to call. Tim was here in no time and fixed everything to our satisfaction. He is knowledgeable, friendly and very trustworthy. We will only call and recommend Precision Door and Tim.

I would like to say Ron was very neat, concerned about doing the job right. He took his time and was very careful during the repair. The problem I had was I lost my remote capability with a new logic board install. Ron thought it might be remote and keypad bad batteries, but it did not work after I replaced the remote and keypad with new batteries. I called liftmaster(the manufacturer)they indicated the logic board used(41A4252-6G) was not the correct replacement for my original logic board (41A5021-1H) and this could be the reason for the problem. I called precision and they returned the next day with a replacement logic board same number as originally installed. Ron indicated that's what the company uses as a replacement. Again, Ron was terrific he tried everything to increase range including extending the antenna. He indicated his original logic board may have been defective, but this is working. My problem is I have lost over half the range of my remote. It works within about 20 feet of the garage, before it worked within 70 feet of the garage door. I would have preferred the correct replacement which is 41A5021-1i rather than the the board precision said to use. I still think the correct replacement logic board should have been used. I would prefer my full range restored. When Joe Conte (service manager) read the review he called me. He scheduled a visit that day and was on time. He was able to correct the range issue so now my remotes works as designed and I am a happy camper I left the original review with this so a reader will know Precisilon immediately reacted to customer dissatisfaction and resolved the problem. I would recommend this company in the future.

After 30 years, I upgraded with two new garage door openers. Ron explained my choices and I made a decision on his clear concise information. We chose Precision because they were close to our home. The total experience from beginning to end was exceptional. Between Teresa, Anthony, Zsolt and Doug J, we couldn't have been more impressed with their knowledge and expertise. Zsolt and Doug J were the technicians who did the installation for our new garage door. They were great! They showed up ahead of schedule and finished on time. This tech was knowledgable, curtious, prompt. We needed one liftmaster replaced but decided to do the double door as well since it was 19 years old. Tech phoned to let me know he was on his way, etc. Helped program my car, did all the remotes, etc. etc. Need to give this guy a raise and a promotion. Rarely do I have this kind of service! Doors are also SOOOO quiet!

Brandon was great. I watched him complete the repair and got the feeling he could have done it with his eyes closed. He really knows the trade, explained everything to me as he went along, and showed me exactly how to lubricate the hinges and other parts to extend the life of the door.
