Great service by the technician. (Five stars) I forgot his name but he did introduce himself. Explained everything about the product and what he was doing. I needed to have weather stripping installed, replaced old stripping, this is not a choice give below for service performed. There were issues with receipt of email confirmation of appointment. It all turned-out ok though. Due to the email confirmation, I had to give it a 4 star review. Marie C.

Brandon returned one year after a repair was made and had to repair our garage door. The garage door repair was 100% under warranty and the repair was completed before 24 hours of our call. We have had Brandon as a technician twice and he is an expert in his job. Thank you for everything. We will highly recommend .

The reason I called Precision turned out not to be the problem (only embarrass myself if i explain). After the problem was solved Brandon explained to me that my system needed to be updated. Did not push me and even told me my present garage door was a good quality. Once I agreed to the upgrade he completed the job right then.

I have used Precision before so I was very confident in their skills. I first tried to Do it myself. I even sought out your video. It was very entertaining and informative but alas I still have my problem so needed to have someone come to my house to fix it. Rich W was great and both fixed the problem with BOTH doors and educated me as well

Vince came to our home to deal with the garage door issues we were having. He showed up on time, as promised, did a very good job on resolving the issues (new springs, some adjustments, lubrication, etc.). Also took care of weatherstripping around the door. Good job, Vince!

Andrew (Drew) came out today to assess my broken garage door. The cable had snapped so we were in need of repair. He did an excellent job at detailing all of the repairs that were needed (either critical, or recommended) and itemized the cost/benefits of each. In the long run, I decided to have the entire system of the door rebuilt, and was thankful that Drew was so well versed and was able to explain everything to me (in lay-man's terms). Service was immediate and I have no real complaints. If I had to name one thing - I'd say the price, but who doesn't want things to be cheaper in their lives. All around, great service and I will use them again (if my other garage door needs repair). It's also a great thing to see that they stand behind their work - offering a lifetime guarantee on parts and a 5 year guarantee on labor. This was the real reason I chose to do the overhaul of the entire thing.

This was a safety check visit. I had not had my garage door opener looked at since it was installed 8 years ago and wanted to make sure it was tested and safe. I watched and learned as Ron inspected everything, educating me along the way as well as clearly explaining maintenance options for now and/or the future. Thank you Ron. My neighbor had recently recommended another company, but I saw many negative reviews for them and was hesitant to call. I searched the web and liked how Precision had the technicians listed on the web site along with reviews. That's a good idea. (It can be nerve-wracking waiting to see who shows up to do work and hoping they have the right experience for the problem.) I looked at the BBB site, and I liked how Doug didn't remove a review containing a complaint but added a note to explain it. Those 3 things led me to try them. I used their web site late Friday afternoon to email for an appointment and was called just minutes later and confirmed a next-day Saturday appointment...very convenient. I didn't have major work done today, but nevertheless, I'm so pleased with the whole quick and organized process, and Kelly and Ron, that I didn't even feel right using the coupon in the Value-Pak that I learned about from someone else's review, so I didn't! When the day comes when I need a repair or replacement, I will call back Precision.

Scott rebuilt the hardware on my garage door and replaced a 20+ year old opener with a 21st century model. He was courteous, professional and did excellent work quickly and efficiently after explaining all available options.

Anthony came as scheduled & explained our options for new garage doors. He was friendly & professional. He was also kind enough to go back to the showroom & return a short while later with an actual sample of the garage door color we were considering. On the day of installation, Chris arrived as scheduled & did a neat & excellent job. Even though our new garage doors were delayed in production from the original time frame of 3 weeks, it was worth the wait since the medium wood-grain color matches our house. It was also a pleasure dealing with Teresa in the office.

I thought everyone from your salesperson to the technicians were very professional, courteous and friendly and went beyond where they needed to be helpful. Because I didnt have the appropriate siding on my garage, you had to come back a second time to install the molding ( and bring a battery pack that wasn't included), but the technician after leaving my house called to tell me there was a contractor down the street who could probably do the work very easily and wanted to save the step for me having to search for someone. The doors look very nice..
