I had your company install a new garage door opener a few years ago and was satisfied with the work, so when I had my landscaper run into the door with a lawnmower, I thought of you. We received excellent service from Guy who did a very thorough job installing new door openers, springs, pulleys and rollers on our garage doors. Guy was very polite and knowledgeable about the doors and advised us on what we needed to do to make our doors safe. He worked very efficiently and tidily to install the new openers and springs/pulleys/wires kit and explained the function of the new installation. We are extremely satisfied with his work and will recommend your service to others.

I had Tim come to elevate my broken garage door. He was prompt, courteous, and professional. Originally I was hoping to repair it, but he thoroughly showed and explained to me the issues, and that it would actually cost about the same price to get a new, attractive, and much safer/durable one. I was in no way pressured to order a new door as opposed to repairing the current one. I look forward to having my new carriage style door in the near future, and feel confident that it will be safe and increase the value of my home. Thank you.

Scott M. Was my technician. Not only was he very nice, his professionalism and knowledge was superior. He answered all of my questions thoroughly. In addition, Scott called me at the start of my four hour window just to give me a more approximate time that he would arrive. That was so greatly appreciated and he arrived right when he said. Finally, Scott was so courteous. He told me there may be some noise with drilling, etc. he told me this because he knew my two young children were sleeping.

This is the second time I have used Precision for my garage, they installed my doors years ago and I am still happy with them. I needed a new motor and was provided prompt service....like the very next day. I was very pleased with the service provided by Drew. He was professional, cordial, cheerful, and provided me with good information on the diagnosis and prognosis of my garage door problem. He fixed the problem quickly. I strongly recommend that you address the issue of your fees. Your pricing structure is very confusing (and a little bit deceptive). There's a "service call," "labor charge," although if you need parts, the labor charge is included in the cost of parts. Is that right? I think you need to tell the customer the following: 1. For a technician to visit your home, the initial charge is $69.00. That is the cost/charge/fee for one of our technicians to travel to your home, even before any work is done. 2. Our technicians get $100/hour for their time that cannot be divided into portions of an hour. If a technician works on your garage doors for 1 minute or 60 minutes, you will be charged $100. 3. I can't suggest a change to your labor/parts explanation because I'm still not sure what it is. I hope to hear back from you to address my suggestions. Thank you for allowing me post my opinions.

My neighbor referred Precision to me. She was very satisfied with their work, plus I was able to obtain an AAA coupon deal which helped me saved on the cost. Tim Rainey, the technician, explained how a garage door opener should work and then went through each point on how my garage door was either working properly or inproperly and what I needed to fix the problems. Tim was knowledgeable and efficient. Now my garage door opens smoothly and quietly, and I don't have to worry about any harm to my car or me from a broken cable.

We had the service done replacing rollers, cables and springs. Gaetano explained in great depth about the door parts and tried his best to get us a good price for good quality parts. We no longer have noisy door and feel more safe.

Vince replaced worn springs and cables in our garage doors and installed safety cables. Noteworthy is that he took great care to refashion a J-bar that was incorrectly connected and was tripping the automatic shut-down too soon.
