I would highly recommend Precision for your garage door needs. I used them for installation of a garage door opener and then again just recently for a repair. Having used PDSNJ five years ago when I had my garage door rebuilt [springs, pulleys, etc], there was no doubt in my mind as to who I would call when my garage door opener failed... Vinnie has been great! My garage door system was installed in approximately two hours and I had access to my garage once again! Then about a week later, I needed Precision to come back for a service call. I called in the evening for an appointment and Vinnie came first thing the next morning. He is very professional, and so far, he has backed-up his entire sales pitch. If service like this continues, it will be a great relationship between customer and business.

My garage door couldn't open automatically because a metal piece snapped off. I was pretty upset because I am so used to keeping my vehicle there safe and sound from the elements. Luckily, I was off from work and called Precision around 10:00 A.M. I couldn't have been more pleased with my technician Gaetano. He had been delayed on a particularly difficult job, but still went out of his way to come to my home on same day I called for help. Gaetano was pleasant, polite, friendly, and best of all, extremely competent at his work. He assessed the problem with my garage door and fixed it perfectly. I am so pleased and I couldn't have asked for a better Service Technician. Thank You Gaetano, you put my husband and myself completely at ease and assured us a peaceful night's rest with no more worries about the garage!

Very nice and knowledgeable service people. I have used them for both repairs and new installation. The lead time for the new door delivery process could have been faster, but once the doors arrived they installed them quickly.

Excellent service. The service tech called before coming to my house. Did the work scheduled and he did not try to sell additional products that I didn't need. I would recommend the company. The only issue I ordered the service via AAA special and wasn't advised that they only did that service at specific times.

I highly recommend Precision for all your garage door needs! I backed up into my closed garage door and called to have it fixed. I was requesting a free estimate to replace 2 garage doors and install 2 new openers. I was pleased with the timeliness of the representative. The estimate was on par with other estimates I'd received and the representative assuring me that even if we get a better bid, Precision offers a price match guarantee.
