Tim who has been our Service Technician is very customer focused explaining why a part needs to be replaced and not just installing part. Also, performs a great job installing and servicing our garage doors even cleans-up after the job is finished.

Had a great experience with Precision Garage Door. I called late on a Sunday evening and they scheduled my appointment for Monday afternoon. The service man called me earlier in the morning and said he was finished with a job earlier in the day in the town next to me. He then came and completed the right away. He was friendly, knowledgable and courteous. I would recommend using Precision Garage Door.

We had used Precision before and were satisfied with their work and called them again when the 12 year old door opener stopped working. Ron tested the system, explained the options and spent considerable time trying the two least expensive possible corrections. They did not work; so he then very professionally installed the new opener and thoroughly explained and demonstrated its operation. The cost was higher than I expected but the quality of the work was well worth it.

A true 5 Star company from start to finish. Professional people who show pride in their work. Scott called 20 minutes prior to arriving and once on site explained my spring repair options in a clear, concise and knowledgeable way. Work was completed cleanly as well as quickly. I would highly recommend Precision for any garage door repair or purchase.
