He also treated me with respect and some people I have dealt with in the past don't show me much respect or tried to sell me something I didn't need because I was a woman. A little confusion regarding the time frame. Gal who made the appointment said 8:00 AM - 12:00 pm The confirming e-mail said 11:00 AM - 3:00 PM Marc called at about 11:45 and apologized because he was running late and would be here in 45 minutes. Fine with me, because of the e-mail I wasn't worried.

This was warranty service call. One of the springs broke on one of the two Garage doors Precision installed a few years earlier. The two service techs did a great job. They replaced all four springs, adjusted weather seals and made sure the doors work like new. Thank you very much.
