The 69 dollar fee is designed to cover the high cost of having trucks and employees available 24 hours a day 7 days a week. Unfortunately gas prices and overhead cost keep escalating and make it difficult to waive this fee. We appreciate your business and hope you understand. Best wishes Doug

The work I needed was done very quickly and durable however, expensive. Two springs, four cables same town repair $380.00?? WOW.

My Battery Backup Unit needed to be replaced. Next day service was scheduled when I called. Technician called ~30 minutes before arriving as promised. Quick service and background checked employees. Had to have my garage door safety eyes replaced. The technician was very knowledgeable and quickly pinpointed the problem and had it fixed quickly. We had lost our garage remote opener and the keypad was broken, so I called to get it repaired. Tim inspected the doors and the motors, and he recommended that the springs and wheels be replaced as well. I felt that he only made recommendations on what needed to get done and did not try to oversell me. He replaced everything (remote, keypad, springs, etc.) in little time. He was extrememly courteous and explained everything to me in detail. I highly recommend Precision.

I had contacted precision to look at my garage door when we moved into our new house. I was very impressed with my installer Tim Rainey. Tim gave me all the knowledge to make a decision on replacing our equipment. We recently had a small issue I contacted Precision and asked if Tim could make the service call which he did and of course fixed our small issue. I will always refer Precision. Tim Rainey does outstanding work and I am completely satisfied with Precision!!

Bob was very professional and clearly explained what the problems were in addition to my broken spring and what the repair options were. He efficiently fixed the issues with both garage doors and installed a new opener on one of them. I am completely satisfied with the work he did and love the way the doors now work. The only thing keeping me from a 5 star rating is the price, as it seems a bit high.
