Yes, all of the above influenced my choosing Precision. Also, there were quite a few locations in the area. I was treated respectfully and attentively. Tim reviewed all the areas of concern and explained everything to my satisfaction so I could make a sound decision. The work was well done and the garage left in good order. I got a call earlier than my scheduled appt. to see if the job could be done sooner in the day since my car was trapped in the garage. He replaced broken springs, pulleys, etc. and installed a new opener.

Garage door repair. Tim is very professional. He explained the job needed to be done before starting and then after finishing. It is a pleasure to have dealt with such a nice person. Job a bit expensive,but... The star rating does not represent Tim in any way. The price did not allow me to give you all 5 stars. Wish it would have been less costly. We recently had two garage doors installed with new tracks and all hardware, our installer did a great job not only with the installation but also making sure he cleaned up after the job was done. Very professional from scheduling thru installing. Very pleased.

When I needed repairs to my garage door openers, I had no idea where to go. (Don't use Angie's list!) So I let my fingers do the walking through the Yellow Pages. I chose Precision because of their ad primarily and was incredibly glad I did. Their receptionist was simply sweet and scheduled my appointment quickly and conveniently for me. Scott B , the technician, called me beforehand to let me know he was running a bit early and asked if coming early was okay with me. When he got to my home he was truly a gentleman, moving aside to let me go by, cleaning his feet coming into the door, etc. He respected my home and me! He answered any questions I had and offered suggestions to meet my needs. I love Precision and would recommend you to my friends and family.

Ron was very professional & courteous. He did a great job replacing all of the worn parts on the door, now it's good as new. It was a little pricey but I won't have to worry about the door being repaired again.

Myself and my family recently had the Liftmaster Opener and the cables and pulleys installed on our 2nd garage door by Marc. I usiually do research before I choose a Contractor for any work. I select the ones which are accredited with the BBB and by customer reviews. Although Precision's quote was more expensive than other Contractors, we were impressed by the quality of service provided by Marc. Marc was very polite, courteous and explained everything in detail on how to operate the garage door. Marc came on the 2nd occassion and was timely, punctual and very helpful. I wish all Contractors are as polite, knowledgeable and helpful as Marc. GOOD JOB, MARC and KEEP UP THE GREAT WORK. Good Luck with your future plans!

From "hello", this company sounded different, it sounded competent! The person on the phone was very much aware of the pressures people like me have when calling service providers. She did everything she could to assure me the work would be competently performed to what was needed and the technician would be equipped with any parts needed. She told me who was coming, sent email photo of the installer; this installer called me 30 minutes before arrival and got to the problem immediately which required a tightening of the main springs which is not something most people should attempt to do on their own. I also learned it is not a good idea to lubricate the parts with WD-40, which I had read and previously been advised but this was good to hear. The service was 2X better than Overhead Door and DoorBoy and the cost was much simpler and app 40% - 50% less. I immediately referred our Association President to this excellent company.
