Glen Gualtieri asked us to provide some feedback in regard to our new Precision garage doors. We think that the whole process from buying our garage door to installation and was excellent! Very professional and knowledgeable sales and installation professionals and we were completely comfortable with the entire process. Everyone took time to explain the quality of the door, door opener and how the installation was made. We are usually very skeptical but we were comfortable immediately with Precision. I am not pleased with the final results from the two visits from Precision. The door movements continues to frequently jerk to a start of motion and a second door continues to sporatically "catch" as it rolls through the path in the track. After a silencing call for the door to glide quietly up and down and to start its movement with a controlled quiet movement not a BANG and a sudden movement. At this point in time, I cannot recommend Precision for additionn work on my other garage doors or to others. (fellow landlords)

Michael, I'm sorry you are not satisfied. I appreciate your feedback. I want to make this situation right but it is going to require additional work that you were not willing to do on our initial visit. We got the info for Precision from an internet search and today we had a full rebuild package on our garage door. Ron A was our repairman and was extremely professional and very nice. He related to us personally and was not pushy about what we should do regarding the repair of the door. We're grateful that someone was able to come out to us so quickly and are very happy with our results!

I had service for the second time in 9 years and Precision is still a great company to do business with. Anthony was the technician this time and my wife and I found him friendly, courteous, knowledgeable and extremely efficient. I won't be calling on you again. While I think the work was done properly and the technician was polite and knowledgable, I don't think I was given an upfront overall estimate of the complete service that was probably needed. So in the end I got a partial job and I'll have to call someone else in the near future. I also don't think I received the AAA discount that I specifically mentioned when I scheduled the appointment. Hours after the technician left I found that he had left the garage door open.

I chose Precision Garage Door Openers because in the yellow page ad.it said that they are certified technician and when my technician Tim came he was very friendly and he knew alot more about garage doors than other garage door repair men.I tell everybody I know Precision is the best garage door service in the business!

Wow Lorraine, You should come to work for us. Most people have no idea what it takes to be a certified technician. In fact many of our competitors say the same words but they have no meaning. If you look at our website you will find out each employee is drug and backround checked. Home owners don't realize how important that is in this industry. Think about it. Dave was the technician who came to my house to repair my garage door. I had purchased the door from your company with a lifetime warranty for the sole purpose of not having to worry about problems. When Dave looked at the door he knew the problem and was able to take care of it in less than 30 min. It was making noise and he showed me cable was fraying and pully was not working right. I was very pleased with Dave and his workmenship.

The Technician was so nice and helpful. He installed new remotes, added a keypad, and reset four cars to sync with the new remotes. He showed me how to sync everything for the car that wasn't home (as well as for the car with a dead battery). He came when you said he would and he called first to say he was on the way. Great job, would definitely use you again and would be happy to recommend your company!

They explained my options, including trying to trick me into an expensive ($xxx) overhaul of the entire system (which I am sure they are required to do by management!) When I opted to just fix the problem at hand, they did it quickly and thoroughly. I appreciate their work.(Shared Review)

You are correct when stating that management supports this position. We believe the best way to fix a door long term so you never have to deal with it again is to rebuild it. Whatâ??s more is that we are willing to put our money where our mouth is by guaranteeing it for as long as you own the home. If you are moving out of the house this might not be a fit for you.
