I initially had my garage door opener (Craftsman) replaced about 18 months ago with your Liftmaster. I have been having recurring problems with broken springs, rollers, etc. Yesterday, one side broke again and I could not open the door. One of the main reasons I chose your company initially was that you offer 24/7 service. Brian S. arrived at my home within a couple of hours and replaced all the parts that were not provided by you when the Liftmaster was installed. I would certainly rate Brian a ***** technician - knowledgeable, capable and pleasant!

I am very pleased with the installers and your office staff. I am not pleased with the panel. It looks mismatched and takes away from the curb appeal. May be an issue when I try and sell the house

Irwin, unfortunately when replacing panels only there will be differences in color between the old and new panels. This is due to the weathering over time of your original garage door panels. Any color will fade due to exposure to sunlight and the effects of weather. That is why we strongly suggest that our customers replace all panels. It is more costly but will save you curb appeal down the road.

One of my laser eyes was (is) acting up and I could not get a consistent beam w/ my green light. I was not aware how simple the fix seemed to be until Tim stopped by on service call and adjusted the camera and all seemed well. Unfortunately, soon after he left the green light went off, and unfortunately I can not seem to get it back on line consistently again. Tim was great, no problem with him. It did appear that the fix was made. However, within a day, I am back to where we started, with no consistent solid beam with the laser eyes. Costly appointment with no long term satisfaction.

We contacted Mr. Smith, the safety eyes were short circuted, we have had a technician replace the existing safety eyes at no charge. We apologize for the inconvience, but with shorted wires, they sometimes work and they sometimes don't. This fix should address your concerns.

Tom was on time and a very likable guy. He instantly knew what the problem was and had a solution. Unfortunately for me that meant a new garage door opener. My only caveat is that it seemed expensive. But I really thought that Tom was and is an asset to your company.
