One of my laser eyes was (is) acting up and I could not get a consistent beam w/ my green light. I was not aware how simple the fix seemed to be until Tim stopped by on service call and adjusted the camera and all seemed well. Unfortunately, soon after he left the green light went off, and unfortunately I can not seem to get it back on line consistently again. Tim was great, no problem with him. It did appear that the fix was made. However, within a day, I am back to where we started, with no consistent solid beam with the laser eyes. Costly appointment with no long term satisfaction.

We contacted Mr. Smith, the safety eyes were short circuted, we have had a technician replace the existing safety eyes at no charge. We apologize for the inconvience, but with shorted wires, they sometimes work and they sometimes don't. This fix should address your concerns.

Tom was on time and a very likable guy. He instantly knew what the problem was and had a solution. Unfortunately for me that meant a new garage door opener. My only caveat is that it seemed expensive. But I really thought that Tom was and is an asset to your company.

I recently had a problem with my garage door opener. I went to the manufacturer's web site "liftmaster" and was referred to you. I was impressed with your contact person's thoroughness and timely service appointment.In less that 24 hrs. the service technician (Brian S)called to report he was on the way, he arrived ahead of the scheduled appointment. I was impressed with this young man's demeanor, bearing and professionalism. He quickly diagnosed the problem and initiated the repair. He even re-routed the new wiring for better concealment and less exposure to damage. This young man is a credit to himself and your company.I certainly hope I will not soon need another repair, but if I do I'll certainly call you again. I would highly recommend your company to anyone needing garage door service.

This is the second time that we have used Precision. This go around we installed a new opener to replace the 14 yr old broken appliance. Tim explained in detail what options we had and when complete with the job even made sure that the HomeLink button in my car was set to go as well. Advertisement said 24 hr service available, served Flemington area & gave AAA discount. I didn't have to wait long which was great and Tim was very nice and explained everything to me very well along with suggestions. Quick service is always a big plus. Tim was great - I was very pleased.

To confirm though, we did come out the same day you called and fixed the issue.
