Precision picked up the phone on a Sunday, and I actually spoke to a person not a machine. An appointment was scheduled for Monday between 8-12. At 8 am I received a call from Precision telling me what time to expect them. The technician, Brian, was professional and knowledgeable. I felt comfortable with whatever he said to fix the problem. He worked efficiently. I will always make Precision my first call.

Several months ago he succeeded in correctly diagnosing and then repairing a garage door fault which another tech from another company had repeatedly failed to accomplish. 2.
