Our garage door spring broke and the company was able to send a repair technician to us by the next morning at 9 a.m. Mike Ganning was pleasant and knowledgable. He diagnosed the problem quickly and laid out our options w/ prices. He recommended a rebuild of our garage door. He also looked at our garage door lifter motor and felt that it had limited life left. He negotiated a discount for replacing the garage door lifter. While the repair cost more than we expected and hoped, we feel that Mike did an excellent job and left us with a garage door system that will last us another 10 years without worries. He was very pleasant and represented Precision in a very positive light. I would happily call Precision and/or Mike in the future if I have any other garage door problems.

Sunday, July 25, my LiftMaster died, chains flopping and parts falling. Called on Monday, Brian arrived by 10:45, new opener, belts, remotes, etc. installed before 1PM - Brian was very detailed in his explanations of my options, efficient and tidy. The mechanism is so quiet - the whole experience was positive. I will recommend your company to the condominium manager. Thanks again.
