Good morning. I want to apologize to Stuart for being so late with evaluating his service call. I am chairman of my Camera Clubs International Exhibition of Photography and that takes up a lot of time and some papers get piled on. Hence, the delay. I can give Stuart and A plus in every way. He diagnosed the problem accurately and quoted the cost. He was pleasant and completed the repair quickly, showing me the damaged item. You always wonder about someone new coming in to do a job. On time,knowledgeable, professional, worked quickly without alot of fanfare and successfully completed the installation in the time period estimated. This would have been a 5 star review with the exception of the cost...which I considered a little high...specifically, adding the service call fee to the total install. A bit of a rip-off.

His name was Tim. he was very responsive and provided me with all the required information I needed to make an informed decision. He was polite and respectful of my time. Tim gets a five and because of Tim I will recommend PGD.

The motor needed repair. Jeff recommended other items to repair/replace to add years to our current garage door system. While we couldn't afford all options recommended, we decided on new pulleys, since Jeff said, at the very least, these would greatly increase the life span of the door systems, based on how often the doors are opened & closed.

My technician was Stuart Morgan and he called to tell me that he would be at my house at 3:15. At 3:15, the technician promptly rang my doorbell, and proceeded to look at my garage doors and assess the situation. He was so professional, and proceeded to tell me exactly what I needed and did the job in a timely and professional manner. As a long time customer of Precision Garage, I would absolutely recommend this company to anyone needing help with garage doors.

Our garage door had a broken spring and considering the size of the door decided to convert it to a torsion spring system. I bid the job with Precision and a competitor and while both had great ratings I went with Precision as the pricing was the same and Precision identified the rollers should be replaced on the door. They did a great job and the garage door is working fine. Thanks again. I do recommend bidding the job out to different contractors for comparison.

After installing a new garage door system for me yesterday, he followed up today and came back to replace the button I had originally had for my door (inside the entryway of the garage) and programmed it for my husband's door. He's a delightful young man and an asset to your company.
