Stuart is well-mannered, neat, knowledgeable & arrived on time. He was also considerate enough to call me when he was near my home to let me know that he would be arriving within 15 minutes. I purchased the rebuild package & a LiftMaster garage door opener. When he completed his work, my solid wood garage door was straight and opening & closing smoothly. What I thought would be a nightmare, was a delightful experience!

Made appointment for Monday a.m. Someone called my wife and confirmed it for Monday afternoon. Technician called Monday a.m. to say he was on the way. Changed all rollers and door was working. Shortly after Stuart left, I opened and closed the door and a roller broke. Technician came back right away and replaced it. At this time, the door is working well.
