Tim was there to replace a defective garage door remote opener. He then pointed out that the original system was over 10 years old and it was probably at the end of its life span....also the springs and rollers were aging. He explained the options and that a new system, while certainly a lot more expensive than I was prepared to spend for just a remote, was something to consider. He didn't pressure, but being in the home customer service business myself (windows and doors), I decided to change to a better system now rather than have to deal with such an expense in the future.

Let me begin by complimenting your tech Anthony P. He offered me a few solutions to fix a problem that another garage door company failed to repair. Then, his repair work was neat and clean and offered a perfect solution to my problem all without replacing the entire garage door. I would certainly recommend your company based on my experience today...and kudos to your concern about customer service!

I thought that the diagnosis was performed professionally and the work done was to my liking, however I think I paid more for the lifetime warranty than for the current parts and labor that went into the work performed. It was a pricey fix, but needed it done. 5 stars if there was a more competitive price.

Our Garage Door springs, pulleys and cabels had been broken for a few weeks. I had noticed thePercision Door trucks driving thru the neighborhood and got a flyer in the Valpak from Percision Door and gave them a call for a quote. They came out, promptly, inspected the door, gave me estimates of all that needed repairs and worked with me to decide what I wanted done. The work was done quickly and to my satisfaction. The crew Definetly met my expectations and would give them 5 stars. But would give the price 3 stars (to expensive for mechanical parts).
