We have used Precision in the past and were happy with the service and results. This time I got next day service (Sears expected me to wait 5 days, even though my remote would not open the door). The repairman was great-Vincent. He explained everything (new remote, replace coils, and install a new remote panel on the garage door jamb)in detail and patiently answered all my questions.

When we needed our garage door repaired we reached out to three companies. The other two experiences were exactly what one would expect. Unprofessional and lame. The total customer experience with Precision was six stars from the initial call to job completion (you need to add another star!). Everyone we dealt with was first rate. They looked and acted professional. There is no doubt that this company is far and above, and I hate to call them, their peer group.

jeff came back the next day and spent time really scrutinizing the motor thus discovered the broken socket (thing). His determination and knowledge were really put to the test and he did a great job. Our garage door once again runs smoothly and efficiently. Jeff did not leave any garbage or wrappers. The extra effort to make sure no screws or clear wrappers are left on the floor is always appreciated as was Jeff's politeness.
