I can't tell you how pleased my wife is with the look and ease of access she now has to the garage. The introdution emails that you sent provided a lot of information about the garage door business and what to look out for when making a selection of who should be the provider and the types of doors. Your salesperson was very knowledgeable and easly walked us through the selection process. The delivery and installation team were as knowledgeable about the setup and explained the work that would be done and then reviewed the final product with me. They also did an outstanding job and were very professional. Finally, I must say that the people and quality presentation of your organization from the initial contact pretty much convinced me that I would be doing business with you and your company. The delivery and installation of our doors confirmed my expectations. Great Job !!

I am very impressed with the quality of work and would not hesitate to recommend Precision. Stuart Morgan repaired my garage door, as well as installed a new automatic opener. Stuart is well-mannered, neat, knowledgeable & arrived on time. He was also considerate enough to call me when he was near my home to let me know that he would be arriving within 15 minutes. I purchased the rebuild package & a LiftMaster garage door opener. When he completed his work, my solid wood garage door was straight and opening & closing smoothly. What I thought would be a nightmare, was a delightful experience!

Made appointment for Monday a.m. Someone called my wife and confirmed it for Monday afternoon. Technician called Monday a.m. to say he was on the way. Changed all rollers and door was working. Shortly after Stuart left, I opened and closed the door and a roller broke. Technician came back right away and replaced it. At this time, the door is working well.

Tim was very knowledgable; and gave me the positives and negatives of the situation. He didn't push me to do spend money on useless services - he gave me suggestions that were helpful and safe for my family. He did a wonderful job installing the opener and checking my other garage door. He also help me program my wife's car remote control. I did notice later after he left that the garage door doesn't look leveled. Is it possible for Tim to stop by to fix this. Please give me a call to arrange a time. Thanks, John
