Then, his repair work was neat and clean and offered a perfect solution to my problem all without replacing the entire garage door. I thought that the diagnosis was performed professionally and the work done was to my liking, however I think I paid more for the lifetime warranty than for the current parts and labor that went into the work performed. It was a pricey fix, but needed it done. 5 stars if there was a more competitive price.

He was professional and yet personable. He explained what the problem was, what he was going to do, and what to expect from the service in the future. Excellent sevice. He far exceeded expectations. Our Garage Door springs, pulleys and cabels had been broken for a few weeks. I had noticed thePercision Door trucks driving thru the neighborhood and got a flyer in the Valpak from Percision Door and gave them a call for a quote. They came out, promptly, inspected the door, gave me estimates of all that needed repairs and worked with me to decide what I wanted done. The work was done quickly and to my satisfaction. The crew Definetly met my expectations and would give them 5 stars. But would give the price 3 stars (to expensive for mechanical parts).

My installer Sam was the most professional and polite individual I have ever encountered. His work was impeccable and he made me feel comfortable within the first 5 minutes of speaking to him. He is truly a hard worker and should be commended for this. I have encountered quite a few bad service technicians in my time and was delighted to finally meet a really great service technician who cared about his work and most importantly about the customer. Sam is an asset to your company and should be treated as such. As for the company, I was highly impressed with everything. The quality of your products is outstanding, the quick turnaround for installation was a welcome treat and the added bonus of knowing that the employees were all drug tested and background checked made it a no-brainer to choose your company. I was very impressed with the wealth of information emailed to me even before we decided to choose your company. You made the quote comparisons between your company and other local companies so much easier with the information you sent. I was also very impressed with the person you sent out to give us the quote, I believe his name was Glenn. He was completely professional and not pushy in the least. I highly recommend your company to anyone looking to purchase new doors/openers or repair their existing garage doors.
