Your salesperson was very knowledgeable and easly walked us through the selection process. The delivery and installation team were as knowledgeable about the setup and explained the work that would be done and then reviewed the final product with me. They also did an outstanding job and were very professional. I am very impressed with the quality of work and would not hesitate to recommend Precision. Stuart Morgan repaired my garage door, as well as installed a new automatic opener. Stuart is well-mannered, neat, knowledgeable & arrived on time. He was also considerate enough to call me when he was near my home to let me know that he would be arriving within 15 minutes. I purchased the rebuild package & a LiftMaster garage door opener. When he completed his work, my solid wood garage door was straight and opening & closing smoothly. What I thought would be a nightmare, was a delightful experience!

Made appointment for Monday a.m. Someone called my wife and confirmed it for Monday afternoon. Technician called Monday a.m. to say he was on the way. Changed all rollers and door was working. Shortly after Stuart left, I opened and closed the door and a roller broke. Technician came back right away and replaced it. At this time, the door is working well.
