Precision is #1 in my book. The day of my appoint I was greeted with a friendly hello by the technician Anthony. He was courteous and professional and very through. He repaired my opener in no time and made sure he reviewed extensively the work he performed. Also the sales assistance was a delight to schedule the appointment and well as the friendly reminder call to let me know they were coming. I would recommend Precision to family and friends.

Ben came by this morning not only on time but early. He called politely to ask if he could come earlier and I said \"of course\". Ben worked diligently and explained my options in full to me and price points so that I could make the best decision for myself and for my family and most importantly for my budget. Ben (last name removed by moderator) is possibly the most professional person I have had the pleasure of doing business with in quite some time. He installed a new Garage Door opener as well as installed new wheels on to our existing door. He did it quickly, cleanly and helped me program all the cars so that I can now join 2009 and press a button in my car to open and close my garage doors. Ben really shows the best attitude and friendly face of Precision Garage Door and you should be proud to have an employee like him.

Vince determined we had a "cross-talk" issue. He spoke with my husband on the phone and my husband suggested "blocking" the infra-red light. Vince was ammenable to that and said he didn′t always have luck with that. We agreed that my husband would try it. If it didn′t work we would be in touch. Today, with the blocking, it seems to be working fine. We used a wood shelf that we had lying around. Vince was very professional, but as a suggestion I think your company should try to rectify this kind of a problem with some sort of effective blocking rather than offer a new garage door opener for $500.00. We really did not "need" to replace the opener. Vince was very knowledgeable and a pleasure to deal with. Also, I had an original apointment on Monday and your service guy got delayed so I had to reschedule. The service call was reduced by $20.00 because of the reschedule. That was very much appreciated.

When my opener malfunctioned, I called the manufacturer and was given your company based on location. I assumed that all I needed was a repair of the motor. When Anthony came for the service call and recommended a new motor and two redoâ??s of two garage doors, I would have assumed that he was working just on comission and just selling something that I did not need. However, he mentioned his credentials and was totally believable. He was courteous, efficient and immaculate. I am so happy with his representation of hyour company. I give him an A plus.
