This is my second experience with precision and both were wonderful. All aspects from initial phone call to follow-up were great. Everyone on the phone was courteous, everything was explained thoroughly and products and service were excellent. Brian S. called to let us know when he would be arriving and came as scheduled. He explained everything thoroughly and worked quickly, efficiently and very competently. I am extremely happy with my new garage door openers and am glad to know that precision stands behind their products and services. Brian did a great job and cleaned up after he was done, it was like he was never there, except we had great, quiet openers installed and functioning perfectly. He also set up our remotes and keypads for us and explained how all functions worked, I didn't have to look at the manuals at all to figure anything out. I would very highly recommend your company, and once again, Brian S. could not have done a better job. It was a pleasure once again to do business with your company and it is a joy to have such prompt, knowledgable, competant, courteous, thorough and clean technicians to my home. Many times repair visits can be a nightmare, but not with your company. Thanks so much and keep up the great work!

I was first attracted to Precision by your very professional, complete, and informative website. I had two replacement Liftmaster garage door openers installed on Friday, 4 December 2009 by Jeff Dela Cruz. Jeff arrived at the time promised and efficiently and professinaly removed the old units (40-year old Liftmasters) and installed the new units with the associated safety devices and laser parking assists. His workmanship was excellent, and he explained the new systems and answered all of my questions. I highly recommend Precision and especially commend Jeff as an expert technician.

Since I was at work 12 miles away, Dave called me from his prior location and he arrived promptly when he said he would. He checked out my problem, made recommendations, suggested alternatives and we then agreed upon the services to be performed. He was very professional, pleasant and competent. I am very pleased with the work he performed (and on a really cold day). I used this company 10 years ago - and that is why I called upon them again. I will recommend them to others.

The technician arrived on time, was courteous, informed, efficient, and focused on both making the garage door operate safely and correctly, and helping us understand what may have gone wrong. He was patient in explaining and answering our questions, and we definitely will continue using your service.
