Ben quickly and efficiently replaced two different garage door openers and tested them. He also explained how to program them should they fail to operate. He was right on time when he said he would be. Extremely courteous and helpful. I would definitely recommend Precision to anyone needing quality garage door service!

Sorry that I forget the tech guys (two of them) names. They did a great job installing a new spring in my garage door. They came when they said they would and did the job quickly. The office staff is also friendly and helpful.

I personally wouldnâ??t use you again. I was a little thrown off by the cost and I had just had the other side repaired for the same thing and I had the company come out that installed the doors and the cost was about a 5th of what I was charged. I know I was told everything will last longer and was better but you should be given an option, even for the simple repair it was still almost triple in cost compared to what I paid. This is not a good time to be ripping off the consumer.

In your case I know you were displeased with our pricing. I have attempted to reach out to you to no avail. Absent from a conversation with you I can only speculate what your comments are based upon. As you may already know our technicians do not set our prices, the company's management and myself do. Although our prices are not established to be the lowest in the industry we need to make sure we can maintain a profit which will enable us to stand behind our product in the years to come. I can not speak as to why the person who installed your door was less. What I can say is when we install new doors most repair issues for the next five years are serviced with no cost to the customer. Perhaps this is why there was such a disparity between our prices and theirs. I thank you for your feedback and await a response to my calls at your convenience. Regards

I appreciate that the response to my call was timely as well as the warranty. Although I have nothing to compare it to at this point, I ended up spending much more than anticipated but the door is working nicely. I was surprised how quiet the door is now and feel a lot safer with the keypad for outside entrance for the garage

Ron was great. He came out in a snowstorm, late in the evening. Very professional and we really appreciated his hard work, especially as it was so cold. This was the second time we used Precision Garage Door to repair our door. Last fall we replaced the motor. This time a cable broke and when Ron came to inspect the door/hardware, he discovered we needed new cables, pulleys, rollers and springs. In addition we did not have safety cables in our springs so we were very lucky the old one didnâ??t damage our car when it broke. Ron was very thorough and helpful. We were disappointed that the initial tech person gave us no indication that there was any wear on the cable when he replaced the motor. As a matter of fact, his inspection sheet gave us good checks on all parts except the motor. Had we known last fall how bad things were we would have replaced everything at once. As I said before, we were lucky no damage was done to our car when the cable snapped. Ron took the old cable with him and hopefully showed the previous technician. Ron said the cable had been wearing out for many years so it was something the first tech. should have seen.

I forgot the tech′s name. The man who appeared is a young African-American. He was pleasant, helpful, and polite. He repaired the garage door. He did what he was supposed to do. Therefore, I shall call your company again.
