Tim came to the house on time, and installed a new garage opener rather than putting money into an old one. He was thoroughly familiar with his products, and explained everything in detail, then demonstrated how it worked. He was very polite, patient, left no debris, and an absolute pleasure to deal with. The original estimate/invoice was for a $2400.00 job, but when the crew came to do the work they were able to figure out a different way to solve our problem for only $1200.00. I was very impressed by the willingness of the company and the crew to change the job so us to save us 50% of what we originally expected to pay. We are very satisfied with the result.

Dave didn't want to push on the metal door, so he really just provided a service call, and suggested we replace the bottom third of the door. Cannot remeber tech's name, sorry. Was probably one of the best service people I've ever dealth with. Our door needed a complete rebuild and decided to go with an opener as well. Pricing was very good. During install the tech accidentally cut my extension cord which tripped the breaker,. not a big deal. However, he offered and installed the battery backup on the opener at no charge as his 'apology' and act of good faith. I was very impressed and pleased.

The technician was prefessional and helpful. He helped to fix the problems and some that we did not know. Also enough time to explain the operations. I will go with Precision any day. The promptness was superb as well even though they could not accommodate us on the same day (I was able to get teh next day) since I was bit late in the day made the call.
