Was late but called to let us know. Performed a thorough inspection and suggested a total rebuild. We opted for the cables and springs at this point. Job was completed quickly, quietly and with little to no mess. Three stars is a good rating as it means I got what I expected, value for price. Nothing more nothing less. I would recommend Precision Door to others. I do not know the location of the contractor so I am putting the closest location.

What a refreshing experience! On the advice of Ron your service tech, I decided to go for the $599 repair package. He carefully explained the benefits and the 5 yr warranty. His work was impeccable, precise and performed with enthusiasm. He left my garage spotless and he left me very,very happy that I called PDSNJ. He even came back to install a $20 switch/light control and there was no service call labor charge. I would recommend you guys to all my friends. As a matter of fact, I’ve already spoken to one of the Board members of our community about the quality of your work. Thank You!!!

Sean arrived at the time that he was expected, he said who he was and was very polite in his appearance. As I opened the garage for him he inspected the door that needed repairs, he informed me as to what is need and the cost,and time need to make said repairs, he completed the work in the time that he said it would take, and cleaned up after, he then explained to me the cost to each item and the warranty on the springs. Would I use your service in the future yes I would. Thank you..

Sorry but I did not get his name who serviced my garage door. I do have say that I was extremely pleased with his courtesy and quick repair and solution of my problem. My experience was wonderful! ANthony and Dave called to say they were on their way and showed up within the time frame that your company had given me. They replaced my garage door opener. They were very pleasant and professional. I would definitely use your company again. Any repairs to my home are always very challenging because it is a 90 year old tudor style home. Anthony and Dave did what they had to do without complaining or whining about how hard the job is. They were great!

i had my door repaired on 12-12-08. i was very pleased with the service provided. anthony explained all my options very thoroughly and the proceeded to do the job in a very professional manner. he was also training someone on the job and they both worked well together. they both must be commended for their communication skills.

The service was performed as expected. The new garage door opener was installed together with appropriate hardware(pulleys, rollers, etc). The tech was there in timely manner. On the scale of 0 - 5 I would rate his service as 5.

Vincent rebuilt the hardware on our old door, as well as installing a new opener. He was personable and professional, and explained everything thoroughly. Everything seems to be working well, and no doubt it wasan upgrade long overdue.
