My experience was wonderful! ANthony and Dave called to say they were on their way and showed up within the time frame that your company had given me. They replaced my garage door opener. They were very pleasant and professional. I would definitely use your company again. Any repairs to my home are always very challenging because it is a 90 year old tudor style home. Anthony and Dave did what they had to do without complaining or whining about how hard the job is. They were great!

i had my door repaired on 12-12-08. i was very pleased with the service provided. anthony explained all my options very thoroughly and the proceeded to do the job in a very professional manner. he was also training someone on the job and they both worked well together. they both must be commended for their communication skills.

I really did not shop around, so I don’t know if your price was good (it seemed fair). 2. Vince tried to sell me a door hardware replacement, for like $750. I could probably get a new door for not much more. Overall I was very pleased and would recommend your company.

Arrived early (good mark in my book!) and diagnosed the issues inside of 20 minutes. Repaired the garage door and replaced the opener in less than one hour. The system is silky smooth and quiet. Great job! Will definitely use again and refer.

I originally called to have the mounting bracket for the garage door opener repaired as the 2x4 used in the original mounting had split out and the door wasn’t opening/closing correctly (ran up/down very rough). Ron came out earlier today and made the repair. He tested the door several times and it worked perfectly. Unfortunately, after he left the garage door opener stopped working (i.e., would run, but not open/close the door at all). What he couldn’t have known was that the sprocket gear in the old opener was destroyed (likely due to age compounded by the issues we had been having due to the mounting bracket problem). I called the office and he was able to come back late this afternoon when he finished another call. He provided his advice and I determined the best course of action was to install a new garage door opener (rather than put a lot of money into repairing an old one). He stayed until after 7pm (the night before Thanksgiving) to finish the job! He was very friendly and professional and did a very neat installation. I would definitely recommend Precision Garage Door, and specifically Ron, to anyone needing service.

Dear Doug, WOW, what nice people work for you! Theresa and the lady office manager, and also the customer service lady, and also Vincent who was my technician yesterday. Funny thing happened to me this morning. I was in Rockaway Borough, and I passed one of your trucks backed in in somebody’s driveway. I wondered if it was Vincent’s, but it was too early to disturb anyone. I sure do wish that I understood my inside keypad. I did not know that a blinking green light meant that the door/keypad button was the reason my system would not work. Well, I learned a GREAT lesson for the future. It ended up costing me, but it surely was NOT your company’s fault that I did NOT know my own unit. PLEASE accept my BEST wishes for a GREAT Thanksgiving to ALL of your company’s employees, and I sure do hope that you have a prosperous new year in 2009 and beyond. I would NOT hesitate to recomend your company to anyone. You may not be the cheapest, but you get what you pay for in professional treatment from the top to the bottom of your company.

I called that morning and a technician was at my door within two hours. That′s what I call service! He went over everything with me before he fixed the opener and after he informed me of a few other things that he saw while he was fixing the opener. I was very pleased with the service.

Repared all parts for one garage door and installed new opener for the same door. Since the foreseen new motor did not fit, a upgraded version was installed at no cost, however it did not include the battery which typically comes with this motor since we paid the price of the less expensive model. We would of course have appreciated having the battery included at the price quoted which was unfortunately not possible and so we decided not having the battery. For such a big job (more than 1000 dollars) we felt that there should be more flexibility at the managers side (this was not a decision taken by the repairman) and the battery should have been kept in opener. The work seem to have been done very well and professionally.
