I was pleased with Anthony. He surveyed the entire door and did the oiling that was required. He did have to try about 3 openers before one worked. When i called in the repair I should have been asked more questions so Anthony could have had the correct unit . But overall, I’m satisfied.

Vince gave us 5 star service today. My husband wasn’t ready to hear the news that our old wood door needs replacing ( door wouldn’t go up) and was interested in replacing the springs but I didn’t want to throw away almost $500 fixing springs on this door. Vince adjusted a setting so I can still use the garage this winter while my husband gets used to the idea we need to do this. Cost is a huge factor for us right now.

I recently moved into a newly constructed townhouse and one of my garage doors started to make a loud noise when opening and closing. I called Precision Garage Door Service because you are a certified Liftmaster service and repair business. Your tech, Sean, arrived on time, was very informative about the problem and fixed it. I also requested that he service both garage doors since they are used a lot. He lubricated the doors, etc. and explained what he was doing and showed me how to properly maintain both doors. I believe in regular maintenance, so I will be calling Precision regularly to perform annual maintenance on the garage doors and for any problems in between the annual maintenace. Sean was very professional and I thank you for sending out such a knowledgeable and experienced technician.

Was late but called to let us know. Performed a thorough inspection and suggested a total rebuild. We opted for the cables and springs at this point. Job was completed quickly, quietly and with little to no mess. Three stars is a good rating as it means I got what I expected, value for price. Nothing more nothing less. I would recommend Precision Door to others. I do not know the location of the contractor so I am putting the closest location.

What a refreshing experience! On the advice of Ron your service tech, I decided to go for the $599 repair package. He carefully explained the benefits and the 5 yr warranty. His work was impeccable, precise and performed with enthusiasm. He left my garage spotless and he left me very,very happy that I called PDSNJ. He even came back to install a $20 switch/light control and there was no service call labor charge. I would recommend you guys to all my friends. As a matter of fact, I’ve already spoken to one of the Board members of our community about the quality of your work. Thank You!!!

Sean arrived at the time that he was expected, he said who he was and was very polite in his appearance. As I opened the garage for him he inspected the door that needed repairs, he informed me as to what is need and the cost,and time need to make said repairs, he completed the work in the time that he said it would take, and cleaned up after, he then explained to me the cost to each item and the warranty on the springs.
