I had an exceptional experience with Precision Overhead Garage Door Service, and I especially want to commend Sean for his outstanding work. The scheduling team was fantastic, accommodating my appointment request and dispatching a technician two days later. They kept me well-informed about Sean's arrival time, and he even showed up early, which was a pleasant surprise for my busy schedule. Sean was the epitome of professionalism, quickly diagnosing and repairing my garage door issue. He also provided me with a quote for a new door, but his approach was refreshingly no-pressure. I truly appreciated his honesty and transparency throughout the entire process. From start to finish, my interaction with Precision Overhead Garage Door Service was seamless and efficient. I highly recommend their services and would specifically request Sean if you're looking for a knowledgeable, skilled, and courteous technician. Five stars all around!
