Door designer Damien Gilbertson was extremely helpful in seeing that we ordered just what we were looking for and was able to answer all of my concerns that I had regarding the installation. The two installers, Wilmer and Tim were also a pleasure to work with. The way that your company communicates with its customers and informs them about its employees with their photos and short bios is really unique and a nice way to make customers like me, feel comfortable about the work that will be taking place. Christian G deserves a 5 star rating. He is very professional. He was very through repairing my garage door - it no longer pings when it closes. He checked both my garage doors and gave me information if I ever want to replace the motors that currently are over 20 years old. so far they are working ok) I am recommending precision garage doors and services to my friends neighbors and family. Christian G. is a great technician to have in your company. And thank you for all the updates to this appointment (times of arrivals) plus even giving information of who is coming to my house. The repair work was quick and easy, and David Bryan was informative and polite, going over the options and estimated costs with me, allowing me to make the best choice for my situation and needs. I received an email the day before, with information about what to expect, and two calls the day of the appointment, along with an email and "tracker" to see where Mr. Bryan was.

I used Precision Garage Door Service because I knew they were local and did good work. I needed a new garage door opener with a battery back up due to increasing frequency of brown outs at my condo. The technician also diagnosed some issues with a spring, roller and the cables, so I opted in for the best garage door opener they had and replacement of parts that needed it to head off any future problems. The tech had everything needed on his truck and all work was done in 1.5 hours. Money very well spent.

We had an excellent experience with Precision. After our garage door abruptly and rather dramatically stopped working last week, I called Precision and spoke with a very friendly and helpful woman, who was able to send someone out within a few hours. Christian was extremely professional and thorough, assessing our current system and offering detailed options for replacement (and was then very patient in repeating it all to my husband over the phone). He was even able to replace it all in the same day, expressing no qualms about staying for several hours, even into the evening. By the time he left, we knew we had a great new system that will be safe and reliable for years to come. We highly recommend Precision!
