I highly recommend Precision and their Tech John. He called to advise when he would be arriving which was within 3 hrs of my call. He was professional advising me of the problem and the different options I had to remedy it. He even went above and beyond to assist in replacing a lightbulb that was not accessible by me above the motor. John not only cleaned up his work area but the entire garage. Overall great job John.

our garage door has been having issues for a while. it's always been noisy. it's always been jerky. it clunks and changs and bangs and one day recently, stopped dropping all the way to the ground. called precision and they sent ethan to check it out. he was comprehensive and easy-to-understand as he walked me through the issues he found and out options for dealing with them. then he quickly and professionally went about repairing the door's issues. suddenly, it's smooth and quiet and nothing like it was when we moved in four years ago. i'd reco ethan and precision anytime, for any problem.
