From the time we called for service until the time the truck left our driveway, everything was outstanding. Sean Sotelo was very professional in explaining issues and offering various choices on what action to take. My overhead Garage door motor blew out and two places that I called were not able to provide service. I called Precision and was able to get a Sunday appointment....we receive a call on Sunday from Christian Gutierrez to let us know he was on is way. Christian was very knowledgeable, gave us a good price, was helpful since I was handicapped and showed us how to use all the features. I would recommend him again.
