We scheduled an appointment this morning and got one for the afternoon. We got confirmation by text and email. Alan, the repair man, called 30 minutes before arriving (at the beginning of the appointment window) and we hot another confirmation. Alan was great. He diagnosed the problem and was able to fix it right away. In addition he let us know about issues that were going to occur in the near future so that we could choose to repair them now or later. He was pleasant and respectful. I would highly recommend this company. I would definitely use them again.
