Fast, responsive and professional service including Covid protocols. Technician patiently and politely addressed all our questions and offered sound suggestions. Addressed our primary need for the service call quickly both in terms of timing and resolution. Refreshing to do business with a professional service team. Good transparency on website including, but not limited to license and BBB rating. Educational videos viewed beforehand helped us to ask the appropriate questions for our circumstances. We have had a really great experience with Precision Door. Kevin helped us extend the life of our garage door/opener when we first moved in (installation of new springs, which are still under warranty) and, 6 years later, recently installed a new motor for us. When it became clear there was an issue with the motor, Kevin returned and wouldn’t rest until the issue was resolved, which meant swapping out the motor for a new one (the very next morning!). The phone staff is friendly and Kevin is not only a skilled technician, he is a very kind and personable human. I highly recommend Precision Door.

The Door designer that Came out to our house and assisted us was Stacey Conod. Stacey was extremely professional and helpful in assisting us with selecting our garage doors and hardware. i was very pleased at the service Chris provided in the installation and repairs of my garage door.. He called and asked if he could come earlier, and that was fine.. He was very courteous and professional. He gave me some options to choose from .
